I lost my AC on Father’s Day, Sunday of course, but it’s storming so my air wasn’t too bad and I could wait until Monday to call an air conditioner repair. I was recommended pro air, they worked around their schedule so that They could come to my house that day because I had no cool air. Tim was the technician. He was awesome very nice professional and literally had my AC fixed in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them and I’ve already scheduled my maintenance check with them. I also talked to Henry in the office, absolutely the kindest customer sales representative and phone answer I have ever talk to. In my opinion a very reasonable price.
Update: I just had my first ac maintenance service with Tim. I have had my ac serviced regularly and I know the other technicians did not do what Tim did. He actually cleaned inside, retaped a panel, when he added a cleaner…my whole house smelled good! Now, I know why you want your ac maintenance done. Very reasonable price!!!!! It’s a great feeling to know you have a company you can trust!
