We had a fantastic experience with the installing of a new ac unit, all new duct work, grills and a beautiful WiFi thermostat! I would highly recommend Tim and his outstanding crew. UPDATE: When Tim installed the new a/c unit he found an issue that a previous company had covered up. Even though it wasn't in the scope of our contract, Tim came back and took care of it for us! Tim is a great example of being a person of excellence.

I needed help to investigate why the A/C was not cooling as fast as before, also the system was making the house dusty faster than usual. Pro Air could investigate for me and document the findings. I was so grateful I even "tip" the representative who came. I don't find excellent companies here where I live that provide me as great as the service I received from Pro Air Heating and Cooling.

Pro air and heating is the best A.C. company out there. I love Tim Holtsclaw! He is so nice and knowledgeable. I feel safe letting him in my home and know that I will never be taken advantage of. Quick and thorough repair. I'm not very handy, so when my thermostat stopped working I immediately call them and when he came out. It was a simple fix and he didn't even charge us! This company is incredible! Thank you sooooo much. Time to cool down now!
