When friends found out we were no longer satisfied with the ac company we'd used for 25 years, they referred us to their guy Tim and Pro Air. From my first contact with Pro Air I knew they were a different company. I received a text right away confirming the appointment and the amount that would be due. I was sent a reminder the day before the appointment and a text when Tim was actually on his way. When Tim got to our home, he listened as we told him the issue we were having and within minutes of his evaluation he located our problem. He then gave us a cost to properly repair it and had the work completed within the hour. He did a thorough check of our entire system and assured us the issue was completely resolved. We are very pleased with Pro Air and will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them!

Always professional and timely. There was an issue with the drain and they replaced it at no charge even though the warranty had expired. These guys are great

When you AC quits in July you don't just need them to come out quickly, you need them to have the parts to fix it too and Pro air has it all! Fast, excellent service every time.

I’ve used ProAir for ages and they have always been quick to respond and professional. They charge a fair price and don’t gouge you. They even tell me when I don’t need something done and would be a waste of my money. When is the last time an air conditioning company turned down money or didn’t find “extra repairs needed’. They are honest, reliable, well trained and truly care about their customers. You won’t go wrong with them!!

He flushed out the drain pipe blockage and redirected the outside drain pipe to a more desirable position. Great job. Great service, but most of all he really listened to this customer's concerns regarding the malfunction of the unit before getting on with the job. Best service ever! Tim is his name. I'm a recent first time homeowner in Florida. Day 3 my central air unit dies. Thankfully its winter.

After I went through all the stages of grief...I called several companies to get quotes. Pro Air was the ONLY company to do a site visit to check duct work, etc in order to give me a comprehensive quote.

Tim spent a lot of time explaining the process in layman's terms and by the end of the visit I knew I was going with Pro Air even before I got the quote. I was pleasantly surprised that the quote was even lower than local competitors.

In the meantime,Tim offered and then installed a portable air conditioner and a portable heating unit to deal with the temporary temperature issues ... Outstanding!!!
