Great product. Installation couldn’t went better. Air Handler didn’t fit well. Could have been plan better. Over all went well.

The techs I had were Mason, Angelo and Sebastian. They were excellent. They not only were prompt, polite and hard working, they did not take one break and it had to be 115° in the attic where they were working. They worked every second of the time they were here, removing the old equipment and installing the new. Mason didn't leave until he was sure I understood all the new controls on the thermostat. I have been a customer of Thorpe since around 2004 and would not consider any other company. They are fairly priced, very dependable, honest and hard working.

Really impressed with Dustin who serviced both my AC and pool heater units. He gave clear explanations of what he was doing and of what was needed. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Thorpe.

Thorpe came out the same day I called to assist after an unsuccessful home warranty claim. Dustin was quick with the assessment of the issue, made sure that the temp in my home was comfortable before leaving and true to the amount he quoted. I recommend this company for your AC needs. I previously wrote a review on this company praising their service. I was asked to write a review. At that time, I thought they were great. What has changed? First, I was told that I could purchase a maintenance plan where they would service my AC unit twice a year. I did. I was told that i would be seen in June automatically. They haven't even scheduled me or called me. I never received on writing anything outlining the maintenance agreement and/or the stipulations of what is/is not covered and the amounts. This is borderline fraud. I was also promised a partial credit on a piece still under warranty. I haven't seen that. Also. I referred a friend to them who went through h*ll getting her air fixed which included non disclosure of pricing (they wanted to charge for installing a temporary motor and the replacement which was under warranty) and problems with installation. She is also waiting for the contract to state ehat is/is not being covered in writing. She even had to listen to one technician argue with his wife on the phone about nude photos. I have now learned that I will no longer write reviews until months after the experience. That is how companies are getting high ratings and it is deceiving to consumers. I sm sure some people have had wonderful experiences, however, a company that I trusted by name did not follow through. I was promised I would be a priority with contract. Guess not. I even carry the same last name so it is more insulting to me.

Mason was absolutely awesome!!! He educated me on my problem and helped me better understand things that I never would have known without his knowledge. Also, he didn’t push me to get anything I didn’t need, and he even took care of some minor issues that previous workers left. Promote this guy fast before somebody else does!!!

I have been dealing with Thorpe heating and cooling for many years. They are always reliable and do a good job. The young man that came to service my unit today was very personable. He had a good sense of humor, but acted very professionally. I believe I got the best service possible. I would highly recommend them.
