Twice a year we have our AC serviced. We are happy with Thorpe and their service department.

Our system needed to be replaced and we were very pleased with the service from Thorpe Heating and Cooling. From the prompt, affordable quote, to the service scheduling and installation. The team on the day, Luis and Sebastian, were on time, thorough, professional, communicative and extremely pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Great experience buying and installing a Mitsubishi mini split A/C unit with Thorpe. Salesman Chris Chambers was prompt, knowledgeable and communicative in helping us decide which unit to select. Mason and Sebastian worked hard and did a great job installing the unit, and were also professional, courteous and helpful once finished in showing us how the unit worked, and also took the time to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend Thorpe and their team for your HVAC needs.

We have had issues with our drain pan for months now. When I called and spoke with Dustin, he was kind, patient and courteous. He came out on a Saturday and helped us with our issue and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He’s very knowledgeable but also very professional. I will be requesting Dustin every time we use Thorpe now. Thank you for solving all of our frustrations Dustin!

Lorraine came out and service my grandfathers AC and he was blown away by her attention to detail and thoroughness.

The Thorpe organization does an excellent job, They are friendly and professional, from the office staff to the techs. When you have an emergency, you become a priority and that is greatly appreciated.
Robby was great and installed a temporary motor to keep us functional, Chris carefully explained all my options. The install team - Chay, Mason and Lorraine did an awesome job on the install.. They were thorough and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!!

We bought a Lennox unit February, 2022. We had the unit go down twice for the same problem. Nelson was able to obtain a new unit for us!! Elliott and his service techs did a great job on the repairs needed to keep us cool. This company came highly recommended and now I know why. Thank you.

So glad I called Thorpe when my air went out recently. I said in my voicemail that I was at work so someone texted me because it was easier. Mason came out and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He was so great at explaining everything, he came and got me any time he had new info and never did anything without confirming with me which I appreciated. Very informative and helpful and my air is back on!

Thorpe is an outstanding company! From the moment I called and spoke to Elliot who was professional courteous and very helpful all my anxiety of having to deal with a/c repairs was gone! He explained everything that they could to fix the issue with my air conditioner. He even arranged to have someone come out the same day without me asking. Great customer service! Dustin (technician) arrived and he was polite very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue! He is an excellent technician! If I could give them a 10 star review I would! Oh and by the way….the bill was very reasonable for the great service I received!!
