Thorpe Heating & Cooling

Satisfied is not guaranteed. Service manager and technicians either don’t know what they’re doing or Thorpe has a good scam going. New system has not worked correctly since installation 2 years ago. It took another company to fix it. Gave Thorpe the documentation and pictures. Ask for owner contact. We’ve been ignored. I recommend NOT using Thorpe.

Today I had both a new outside Unit and air handler installed. I honestly would recommend this company to anyone. Mason, Lorraine, and Sebastian were beyond professional, friendly, and informative. I would be more then happy to have them back if I ever need any future service needs. We have used Thorpe Heating & Cooling services for 25 years and they have always provided excellent service. Robby one of the technicians has been servicing our unit for the past 5-6 years. We just had a new unit installed and their sales and tech team were very informative and patient with us. They assisted us when trying to decide which unit would provide the options we desired. When ever we have questions, concerns or issues with our unit they are always polite, courteous and prompt to take care of our concerns. We highly recommend Thorpe and Heating for your air conditioning needs.

Bought an AC unit in March of this year 2018.... been running great, unit tripped out so made the call to Thorpe at 4pm..... they said a tech would be there between 4-6. He showed up in less than 20 minutes!!!!! Was totally professional, quick, and courteous!!! My family and I are so grateful for this superior service!!!! Thank you Thorpe!!!! Service tech was Mike K. Great friendly guy!

I have to name a few people that helped me the past few days. This company overall has been wonderful. This is my second experience with them and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about either one. Chris came out to measure a room I needed a Split Air Conditioner put in, he explained things to me in a manner that I could understand (I have no knowledge at all of heating and cooling) and was honest about expectations and pricing.
Jack came to install the unit today, just left actually, with the help of a guy named Brett, and they installed it faster than I expected. They even cleaned up afterwards. The install looks great on the inside and outside, and is functioning just as they said it would if not better.

Thank you very much Thorpe! Your whole team has been a pleasure to work with so far and I will use you guys forever.

Elliott was awesome, he was friendly, efficient and he was up front about about costs, no hidden fees! I had a great experience with Thorpe, I highly recommend there serves to anyone. Gave them five stars because from my first phone call, to when Elliott arrived was the best experience I ever had to date with any heat and air conditioning company! They are my new go to air conditioning company!

There is not a single bad thing I can say about Thorpe Heating and Cooling. They responded rapidly and professionally and replaced my heat pump and air handler in a timely manner so that my renters didn't have to suffer long in the 90 degree weather. The installed product was excellent and the followup calls were timely. I have used them in the past as well for other heating and cooling service and it has always gone well and I have never been ripped off.

I just moved into my new home and had Thorpe Heating and Cooling come out to service my A/C to make sure everything was working properly and efficiently. Robby was my technician and he was very courteous and professional. He was straight forward and honest about the unit. We will definitely use Thorpe again for any issues that may come up in the future.

Josh and Nelson at Thorpe are awesome. They came out to fix the mistakes of a company that poorly installed my heat pump. These guys make sure you are taken care of through out the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the issues. Thank you to the entire Thorpe team. Keep up the great work.

I had thorpe A C come out for maintenance yessel the AC Tech. informed me that I needed to replace my AC . Chris Chambers the sales guy came out the same day to give me a price. Lorraine and Angelo install my new AC and ducks and they did a fabulous job and knew what they were doing very professional peopleI i would use them in the future. Thank you Lorraine and Angelo for a job well done and the company.i am very happy with my results.
