I called this company because of all the positive reviews. I figured I’d give them a try. One of my bathroom sinks stoppers was stuck. They guy came out and took a look and said that it needed to be replaced as it had rusted out. He quoted me nearly $500 for something that is very inexpensive to repair according to several other sources. Maybe they do ok work, but they are extremely overpriced. I also had a kitchen sink and faucet that I had installed recently using another company which I felt I overpaid at $700. I asked for giggles what they would charge for a job like that. The guy said between 2-3k. Are you freaking kidding me. If you don’t mind overpaying then they may do good work, but this place is too rich for my blood.

Samuel Arroyo came here 8am day after I booked. He worked quickly and explained everything. He said I have a 5 year warranty. He was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him.

Mark the tech that came out was very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't use their service due to my generator uses propane not natural gas that I wanted to hook up to. But mark reviewed what I needed and how to setup my system.

Tom was amazing! He was at the house on time, was very professional in explaining what he was doing, and rather than put a giant hole in the wall worked with the pre exesting and made the repair! I just wish he had helped the previous home owner!

4.5/5 - Very satisfied after using this company for the first time. They were available same-day for a non-emergency appt and dispatch's communication was impressive. They text you the 2-hr appt window, then again when the tech is on the way, and again the name and picture of the tech. After the work is done you get an emailed invoice with pictures of the completed work. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they won't give you an estimate over the phone. I have no plumbing knowledge and just wanted a general idea of how much it would cost to hook up my fridge to the water line. Instead, they charge $69 to send a tech out to provide a quote and the fee doesn't go toward the job if the customer decides to go with Ace. The tech gave me 2 options (installing a box or just connecting to the roughed in plumbing) within 5 minutes of arriving so it doesn't make sense to me that I couldn't be provided a general amount over the phone. $69 for a 5 min quote isn't cheap - I get they don't want to waste their time quoting work but if you're going to require it I just think it should apply toward the job. For anyone wondering, it came out to $302 which was to uncap the water line and connect the hose I provided. Overall I am still very satisfied with my experience and would use Ace again. They definitely have their process fine-tuned and make hiring tradespeople very comfortable for people that don't have a lot of experience doing so.

It was $69for a service call which I thought was reasonable. I ask how much for the job and was told the tech would let me know. I needed a gas line capped then reattached to the new appliance. $908 was his quote. I called Emerald Plumbing and got the job done for a little over $200.

Customer service was fast and prompt with scheduling.

Jacob was amazing, very knowledgeable, and professional! For what turned out to be a simple fix, he explained the root cause and how to diagnose it in the future.

I would happily use Ace Solves It All, not just for electrical, but their other services as well!!

Kale and his team did great job repiping my whole house and installing my toilet. it only took them two days to finish everything. They were very proficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.
