Ace Technicians did great work on my home's electrical system. My wife and I were very happy with their customer service and the educational explanations they provided concerning the work they did and recommended in the future. When a power surge destroyed our refrigerator Ace Technician Danny checked out our electric system and their previous work finding the problem promptly and providing solutions. FYI it fell on the power company and their connections. Technician Danny even gave advice on how to report and explain to the power company the problem. (Avoiding the run around they gave us last time.)
Will call again in the future for all my electric needs.

I had sewage coming up in my showers and called Ace. They informed me my sewer lines were basically gone. They gave me an estimate for replacement. My estimate was detailed and broken down with specific pricing. After work was completed and passed inspections, Charles came to my house to get remaining balance. I addressed that the actual work done was not what the scope of work on the estimate and that I shouldnt have to pay any more. He said well they just send me to pick up payment but I will talk to the boss and we will refund money for what wasnt done. I was charged $1800 for drywall work and none was done. I was charged to replace line all the way to curb and they only did 6 feet from house. Obviously this was all that was necessary as it passed inspections. Now instead of returning my money, they wanted to come back and replace to curb. I said no as that would require more permitting, tearing up my yard, missed work. Things are in working order just return money that I gave to do a job that wan’t needed. Btw, we are talking about a $34K job!!! Would not recommend them as they seem shady and are not standing up to their word.

Kevin was very informative and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with helping us choose the right plan. We will continue to use this company because of the outstanding service that Kevin provided as well as the affordable financing availability.

I've used Ace for my hvac when it broke down in the past. The technician did a great job and the price was affordable. I had a new toilet installed and the old one removed today. The technician Thomas Madron was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, had the job done in no time and is extremely professional!
