Great service. Technician was very nice, courteous, and professional. He repaired my electrical switches and replaced 2 of my light fixtures. The price was reasonable and service was prompt. I would definitely recommend.

Unattached dryer duct in attic. These guys are polite, professional, know their work and quickly and efficiently solve a problem. Unattached dryer duct vent could have been a major fire hazard but, these guys handled it right away and did a great job at a reasonable price.

On the second visit in 2 days, it was decided that I needed a new blower motor in the inside A/C unit. First visit, the tech was 45 minutes later than was relayed to me. Second visit, NO ONE showed or called in the "first thing in the morning" timeslot that had been given to me. I called at 3 p.m. and was told that he was still to be dispatched. The "good news" was that it was a warranty issue, so, "no charge" for the blower motor. The bad news $803 to INSTALL the new motor. Upon researching the actual cost of a new Lennox replacement blower motor, I found that they ranged between $126 and $250. Total time to install said motor, just about ONE hour. Ace MORE than recovered the cost of the motor. This was the second time in 6 months that I had a warranty issue that ACE serviced. Again, inside unit CONTROL BOARD went bad. The board was under warranty, but the "labor" to install it was $450. All that said, the technicians are friendly and mostly knowledgeable.

We had a sudden burst pipe inside a wall in our home. I called Ace Does It All and they sent someone out same day (only a few hours later!) Unfortunately, it turned out that our home was built with polybutylene pipes and we were told we would most likely continue to have more leaks if nothing was done. We chose to have all the pipes in our home replaced and it was a BIG job. Ace had a team of professionals come out only 2 days later and now we have all new pipes! Everyone on the team was so friendly and knowledgeable! Customer service when I called was compassionate and really seemed to care about our problem. I will admit that I didn't shop around for price comparisons, so I'm not really sure if we could have gotten a cheaper quote... But you get what you pay for! After having a very negative experience recently with a local appliance repair company, this experience with Ace was a breath of fresh air! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Very impressed. Responsive and they kept me informed. Really nice technicians and very helpful. They found the leak, literally within an inch of where it was underground which saved me demolishing more of my bathroom than needed. Will use them again for sure.

Worst customer experience. I scheduled an A/C Tune Up three weeks ago. They do not commit to a service time (seemed odd to me) so you have to be available within one hour of their call or text. When the day came, I decided to work from home so that I would be here. At noon, they called to say that they were "too busy" with emergency services and would have to reschedule me for two weeks later (today)!! They were very apologetic and offered me the first service of the day. Today, I decided to work from home again to be here when they arrived since I was told that I would be first. At 10:17 AM, I texted them - texting is one of their preferred ways of communicating - asking what happened and when I could expect service. At 11:45 while I was on the phone working, I got a text saying that they were ready, but I had to respond within 15 minutes. I sent an answer at 11:57 confirming. They had also called, but since they sent a text, I saw no need to call them back. Shortly after noon, I received another call telling me that I hadn't responded to the text sent at 11:30. I have screen shots showing that the text was received at 11:45 and that I responded as soon as i got off my work call within 15 minutes. The representative informed me that I would just go back of the line and they would call me when they could get to me. He had no idea when that would be since I hadn't returned the text or the call. I told him to cancel the service and that I would find a company that wanted my business. Obviously, Ace only wants repair business and has no interest in making service calls convenient for its customers by scheduling appoint times. If you like being "on call" with your contractor, then this is the company for you. I will go elsewhere.

I needed a licensed electrician to inspect my breaker box for my new Insurance company. I sent ACE Solves It All a message and in less than 30 minutes, I got a quick call back. They had an electrician available for the very next day. They send confirmation calls and texts for your appointment. They send the name and photo of your technician. Prompt timing. Daniel Mount came to my house, he was very professional, attentive, inspected and explained what he saw. Made his report and sent it via email right away. I'm very satisfied and glad I called this company. I'll be using them again in the future.
