Three other companies were a no show and I was so glad I finally reached out to ACE solves it all. They were so friendly and helpful and came the same day. The technician Robinson Rivas was knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything to me including my options, and was able to get my AC flowing again! With family coming into town he was definitely my hero! 😁

My tech was wonderful. Dante was the man that came. He was informative and knowledgeable. He had experience with the Nest thermostat we have and cleaned out our drain lines. It was disgusting what came out. I have only great things to say about him and his work.
I will also add that I called the day before and they were supposed to come out the day before but cancelled shortly after scheduling the appt.
I signed up for the membership which is $25 and the way Dante explained it worth the monthly fee. However I will add that the evening after our system was cleaned out the house was registering at 82° in the house. I called them back. The woman that answered said the tech coming out was no charge because we signed up for the membership but that the tech would tell us how much it would be to fix whatever the issue was. I thought that was ridiculous and very shady when their tech was literally there 4 hours ago and we spent almost $400 at that point. I trusted our tech but I’m not sure of the company as a whole. The fact that they didn’t say “when our tech is there we’ll make sure everything is ok since you spent $400 a few hours ago and the issue should have been resolved.”
My husband and I played with the thermostat and got it to turn on and start working properly but proper business etiquette should have been to fix the issue that wasn’t rectified the first time.

Ace installed 21 recessed lights in my 20 foot ceiling and replaced a fan with a chandelier, in our kitchen area.

Everything about the service I received was professional and high quality. Our initial quote appointment informative and helpful to understand the scope of what and what we would need
We were quoted for 24 lights, but once the techs to another look, we were able to take out 4 for the recessed lights and add the chandelier for cheaper than our original quote!

We will be using them again for some outlets on our patio and we also will use them for plumbing and AC work.

Incredible company and super professional. They dealt with our crazy boxer and twin 2 year old girls taking all of their tools lol

My house was completely flooded Dec 2002. ACE PLUMBING completely re-plumbed my home. THEN TODAY I was given a second notice of a LEAK. 40,800 gals in one month! SO. Ace has to return to locate the leak...and fix it...from its own work

I make an apointment for a small repair and I had an appointment hours between 10M to 12 pm then they moved me the apointment arriving times 8am -10am throgth messages I got calls at 7:58 to confirm my apointmen they are saying opening hours is 8am since are 24 hours service. I have to cancel beacuse I doen not make sence thy spect we gonna be on thw phone waiting for confirmation on the apointment hours but yhey can move your appointments because they want it No thank you Cancel their services.

They were quick to solve an emergency problem. However, after a few weeks, it leaked again. I contacted them, John the sales manager called me back an apologized and did explain that sometimes the glue does not cure properly. I had called someone else to fix it. At the moment, I did not think of calling them to fix them but I was told that they warranty their job and that if for any reason I had a problem, they could come back an fix it.

Very professional, Tony was on time and job was done and didn't even notice until they checked everything and told me they were finished. Great job now I have hot water. Thank you Tony and thank you ACE.

The technician was very respectful and polite and tried to explain everything to me. However, the prices quoted for repair and replacement of the water heater were very high, so I didn't have anything done. I decided I wanted to check other companies before making my decision.

Perfectly nice people, but misleading business practices when it comes to quotes. They have specials listed on their site for drain cleaning that I inquired about when scheduling the appointment. I used the online tool to schedule the shower drain cleaning appointment. A customer service rep then reached out. The customer service rep said she couldn’t say if the special would apply and refused to provide a range when asked. When the technician arrived on-site, he explained that the special only applies to toilets - even though I had been asking for shower drain service the whole time. When I asked about the lack of transparency, he said “You know, that’s how it is, they want something shiny on the site, then we get here and talk through the fine print”.

Erick showed up when he said he would be here. He did a good job on a new chandelier install and updating an electrical outlet. I would use Ace Electrical again, and ask for Eric. That's my greatest compliment.
