Great customer service with the office staff. They provide text messages with pictures of the technician that’s coming to your house. I find that to be an Excellent detail. Kevin came out and installed our water heater a few months back and today he installed a toilet for us. He is super helpful, patient and really explains the process clearly. Ron was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and honest. He diagnosed my problem within seconds, and fixed it properly. It's becoming more rare to find a plumbing service provider who is trustworthy, and ACE has proved to be very reliable. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Electrician Danny did an excellent job at finding the issue with the dryer outlet: an issue with a switch in the breaker. He replaced it immediately, checked if the dryer turned on, and even waited to see if the dryer was hot before establishing the issue being resolved. He was very polite and knowledgeable and approachable. Also, was told that for the fix I received, I have a 5 year warranty, where if something goes wrong, they can fix it again for free! In regards to customer service, I was impressed by ACE’s Veneta, as she informed each step of the process, including that they would not provide a time frame, in case that they cannot fulfill the time frame. Wow wow wow! I had a bad experience with another company where they gave me a time frame, did not fulfill it and did not show past 2 hours from the time frame. I liked the transparency, and being thorough in what the process would be. I also discovered that the company is family owned, and I love to support family owned and local businesses. Very impressed.

When I called Ace Solves It All they had Rey come out the next day and check out my situation. I needed a hot water tank (30yrs old), and some faucets changed out. Also I had all the water pipes replaced. Seth and his partner came out they next day. Very nice and polite young men. Had everything done by 3pm. If I need anything else done I will definitely call Ace Solves It All again.

They arrived within an hour of my call and solved our sewer line problem efficiently. Yuri was fantastic, friendly and professional in every way. Ace is our new go to for plumbing and electrical.

The work will be completed Monday, but I called them today(sat) they assured me someone would come today and they did. Kevin knew what the problem was immediately and explained all the options available to me regards repairs vs replace etc in addition to the various options for payment. He was so patient and thorough work all paperwork and presenting me with the choices available to me for payment... He was very polite an asset to their company.
I will update once the work is complete but so far so good, if you find yourself needing a service tech to come out.... Ask for Kevin!

Charged 1000.00 for a clog and clean out. I was not shown the drain once cleaned out. Less than 6 days later the $1000 clean out became a $9000 broken line and pipe repair. This company doesn't have set prices so they charge by the size of your home and what they think you can afford. I'm still waiting for a manager/supervisor phone call which Amanda stated would happen. They prey on senior citizens like most business. If my pipe is broken, I am sure the first technician did it because he didn't report nor show any break or roots in the line but the second tech did. I requested my money back no comment nor phone call. I will be contacting the BBB they fooled the wrong senior citizen/ educator. Stay away from this company @@@@!!!!!!

Very pleasant, very professional, gives enough information as needed, also very passionate with what he does and has a lot of patience. So friendly... great service. Did an amazing job with my panels. I'm very happy and contempt with the job. Will definitely keep Ace services as a priority. Thank Mr.Osborne for everything you did.

The entire process was easy, from the initial call to the heads up when the tech would be arriving. Very professional all around company! Austin was very personable and easy to talk to. He assessed the issue quickly and was able to repair it. Would definitely recommend Ace!
