Juan and Rey were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to give us what we envisioned. We could not be more pleased with their work and with the speed with which they finished the project. Ace really does solve it all! I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day. I received a photo of my technician, Justin, and he arrived right on time. Justin was professional and was able to diagnose my issues and fix them in no time at all. He was even able to replace my hot water heater right then as he had one on his truck. I would definitely recommend Ace Solves it All!

They completed the repipe quickly and efficiently. Repairing the drywall was not on time but got done eventually! The reason for my 3 stars is the outrageous amount I had to pay for the repiping. Ace charged about $5000.00 more than average and I found out about this once I had signed contracts with them. I highly suggest everyone shop around before committing to this company.

Wanting to charge $1200 to replace a hot water heater that’s under warranty. I had to cal the manufacturer and get the case # while the tech sat in his truck and smoked.

I had an excellent experience with Charles when quoting a drainage pipe issue I encountered. He was extremely thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the issues I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and issues that we are solving. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Charles encourages me to call back for any future needs.

The technician was great.I did have some trouble with the schedule having to be changed multiple times. 3 or 4 times it was from the company, and one time it was because I got sick.They eventually got here today with good timing and I feel like things were taken care of, so far.

Outrageous charge for fixing a broken pvc pipe at a tee that took your technician LESS THAN ONE HOUR to repair and charge $1029.71! Will NEVER use your services again and will never recommend your business to anyone!

I needed to have a wax ring replaced in the master bathroom in my rental property, there is a leak coming from under the toilet. Normally, my husband would do this type of repair. I called this business because I already have a service contract with the company for maintenance with my ac/heating systems. They offer a 24 hour service. I will give them credit for sending someone out to my house right away. The technician was professional and very friendly so no issue with him whatsoever. However, when I called to schedule the service, I explained what the issue is and what we felt the problem is. When the technician showed up, he explained that he would have to replace the wax ring, which is what we expected the problem to be and what I informed the office personnel that scheduled the appointment. When the technician arrived, he quoted a price of $500. Of course, we thought the quote was steep, considering the cost of the replacement ring is less than $15 and the amount of time that it takes to pull the toilet off, replace the ring, and put the toilet back takes about 30 minutes, if it’s not your trade. I understand that plumbing fees can be expensive but this is ridiculous, over $970 an hour for labor!?! In addition, the technician didn’t remove the toilet to confirm this. Maybe he didn’t need to based on his level of expertise but I was charged $69 for the company to walk into my home to inform me of a $500 fee they charge to replace a wax ring. Couldn’t this have been done over the phone, especially since he didn’t inspect under the toilet. Even a ballpark figure just to save everyone some time. Obviously we didn’t go with the service due to the price but I’d like to point out that the next company I contacted, which has a five star rating on Google, their fee is $199 for the same service repair. Sorry guys, nothing personal just straight talk!

Jay arrived exactly when he said. Worked efficiently and quickly. The job was done correctly in record time. He was friendly and we were completely impressed.

Replaced a cheap valve on my bathroom commode. The plumber, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with giving us two options to replace or repair the valve. We did go with the more expensive option but it will be worth it in the long run because of peace of mind.
