Jude was a very nice efficient tech that came to our home today. Very polite did his job and showed me what he did. I will use this company again.

Pipe broke under our kitchen sink and needed someone today. They sent Abraham a few hours later. He replaced the pipe, etc. He was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and we are very happy with the results. The company came out same day and did great work. My only issue is other plumbing issues he offered to look at / fix were way over priced in my opinion. We declined on those other jobs.

Ali was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, did a thorough check, and went above and beyond to reach out to tech support to diagnose the issue for my a/c. He found the issue and quickly reached out to see if they could provide the part and set up expectations for next steps. I will continue to use this company for all the services they provide!

Ace Solves It All was recommended by the company that installed my air conditioning unit, Ace Air Conditioning, and I understand why. I was impressed when they sent the technician's name, Jaime Bucknor, along with his picture. Jaime was very professional, well informed and easy to talk with. He explained the issue an the options to resolve the problem. He was not pushy but listened patiently to my concerns. Will definitely us again and recommend to ohers.

I have just finished with my service appointment and William showed up a few hours after my initial phone call. From dispatch to end of appointment, everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. William was my electrical service technician to check out my water heater because it is flipping my breaker. He gave me great feedback on what the problem is, which was to refer me to plumbing. He also checked out my breaker panel and gave great quotes on services I need in the near future. While doing so he also told me why everything is happening and the benefits of repairing my older wiring. Plumbing will be out tomorrow to solve the issue.

I am in awe with ACE Solves it all. My AC stop working late in the evening, I called them and was contacted right away for next day appointment. Came in, put the AC back to work and found the problem. It was an small fix and the technician got the ok to fix without xtra cost. Grateful as my grandkids are at the house. But is not only that, it is the be on time, sending pic of person that is coming over, the xtra care and professionalism they have. And I find their prices to be excellent! They definitively work with you. Thank you Eric Wolf for the excellent job! I recommend fully. Thank you ACE Solves it all!

I have to day that Tom was amazing. He was on time and made the fix super easy. He was educating and going through the process step by step. Definitely recommend them. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I scheduled an appointment to come check out my gas water heater as there seem to be a leak but thankfully it was not coming from my side of the property or my gas water heater. The technician was able to locate instantly the correct area of where the leak was coming from. He then put me in contact with a mold company to come take a look at my walls to determine if any mold has accumulated. Technician was very helpful and attentive!

Bobby came out, he was very personable and understanding.

However, I called for leak detection, and he did no leak detection, just gave me his guess. His guess was supposed to be solved by repiping the whole house for $9,000. That guess turned out to be wrong, as confirmed by an actual leak detection company.

I paid $69 for an emergency service fee, that turned out to actually be paying for a salesman.
