I called Miklos Air and within 1.5 hours the tech was on site and figured out the problem. Brian was on time, thorough, and kind. He got the job done in a timely manner and was friendly with my dogs and I as I tried to balance a baby, two dogs, and no ac. I highly recommend this company.

My HVAC system outside unit stopped working on Sunday evening. I called Miklos Monday at 8am. They had a tech on-site at 8:45, he diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the part in his truck. He went to their shop and picked one up and brought it right back and installed it, then checked the system over completely. Excellent service and response. Wouldn’t go anywhere else on a bet. These guys are the BEST!

I would never recommend this company !!! I had the same tech come out several times to my home where my 80 year older mother lives . The tech NEVER went into my attic to check my a/c when there was a definite problem . He told me it’s the outside heat and nothing can be done . He came back out again and told me I needed new insulation without even stepping foot into my attic . This same tech called me and said he because of his SIZE was never up in my attic !!!!! I said what ???? How can you tell me all these months a total of about 4 in the heat of the summer that nothing was wrong …. I was so upset that I called the company owner Steve he states he has been in business for many years and offered me no resolutions no apology and no money back . I will never use them again and I am going to let EVERYONE know the fraudulent lack of service I received on a total of 4 service calls to my home . I wonder how many other homes he didn’t go into their attic??? In the meantime my FPL bills were 3x the amount they have ever been. Steve was not concerned about that either . I told him there was a storm brewing in my attic all these months and all the while his tech never went into my attic . I can’t believe the lack of service , honesty and blatant unapologetic response I received from Steve the owner. Time to find a new a/c company there are many out there. I believe this to be worse due to the fact my 80 year old mother was home at the times the tech came out . I was at work. Talk about preying on the elderly … terrible and absolutely unacceptable!!! I will be letting as many people as I can know not to use Miklos A/C.

I used this company to install a new a/c unit in my house, order my a/c filters and take care of my yearly maintenance. I deeply regret doing business with this company after speaking to Steve Miklos regarding a service call to my home. I was advised by my insulation contractor to call the owner regarding his technician's findings in regards to my leaking a/c vents. As soon as Steve Miklos picked up the phone to speak to me the tone of his voice was very angry. Not only have I never spoke to this man, I had not even explained to him why I was calling him. I proceeded with the questions I had and he continued in his ANGRY and RUDE tone to answer me with very short answers. He told me he would speak with the technician that came out and get back to me. I called and left a couple of messages and he never called back. I had to call another a/c company to get the job finished. I deeply regret doing business for 7 years and spending money with this company. I have worked for both an electrical and a plumbing contractor, and if any customer was to call either one of these guys with questions they would have talked to them in a professional and respectful manner.

We had a problem with the power from the AC that powers the Nest Thermostat and tried all kinds of things to figure out what was wrong. Finally we called Miklos and he was immediate able to find the root cause and fix the problem. Everything is working well again. They came the day after we called and this is in the middle of a heat wave.

Technician very knowledgeable. Had my downed A/C unit back up and running in less than 20m.

Most importantly, I felt comfortable with technician's diagnosis and not "scammed" like the initial company I tried dealing with.

Would definitely recommend and plan to use in the future.

Steven came to the house today. He was personable, answered all my questions and explained in detail about installing new air ducts in our home

I’ve been dealing with Miklos for 9 years. They’re outstanding and I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable, professional, and available when you need them. Best HVAC people I have used in over 50 years of multiple home ownership.

You can tell this is a very professional outfit. The tech was very professional and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Seems like a family run business but may be a big Corp giant. Loved working w them. In this heat, I can rely on Miklos being there in case of an emergency. Cheers to a great experience. Wendy Hendryx
