They were very responsive to our call, arriving within 1 hour. The technician identified himself and the protective gear that he was wearing and was extremely polite. Diagnosed the problem quickly and solved with minimum intervention and cost. Great experience.

I have used Miklos Air for over 25 years. If I have ever needed their service they have responded immediately. In our last condo we purchased a new Trane unit, and the quality of the work was superior and the pricing was very fair. Today their service technician, Bob provided their semi annual service with tips to keep the unit running at tip top shape in our new condo. I always have learned something new with with the company. Brian dud a great job and saved the day. He was in the neighborhood fixing another unit and asked for his help and gladly obliged e en though it was a Saturday. He saved money because he kept my compressor from blowing up. I will use him again. TY

Absolutely incredible! When I called this afternoon Diane and Stephanie were both very friendly, helpful and got service out to me within a few hours! They arrived within the window given.
