Pleasant. Service man asked to use restroom. No problem, except I had to unclog the toilet when they left.

First time using them, everything was great. They were here as scheduled completed the work on time first time using them will use them again.

Miklos originally installed my AC unit a few years ago. Their customer service is amazing and have been using them for regular service every 6 months. Late in the evening, my AC stopped working and David came out at 10pm to fix the issue. Quick, efficient and friendly. I will always recommend Miklos to friends.

Been using Miklos for over 20 years. Steve the owner is great. Office staff super friendly. Call you with appointment reminders and also when tech is on the way. My preventative maintenance tech Amanda is very professional and knows her stuff!

The Miklos Team run like a well oiled machine. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Like it says on their trucks “they show up” and may I add they fix it correctly the 1st time. Great company!

I’ve called Miklos Air in the past and was very happy. So yesterday when our air conditioner stopped working yesterday, I called them again. They not only did they come right away but they showed us the simple reason it wasn’t working. They were prompt (even early) and were very knowledgeable. The tech, Ben was great. He explained everything and knew exactly what wrong. Highly recommend Miklos Air.
