Called and a tech was out within two hours(which seemed like a lifetime). Our technician Dan was awesome. He had the issue fixed and sorted within 10 minutes. From a family working from home with a toddler and pregnant mom we are super great full to have cold air blowing again! Thanks a billion to our awesome tech Dan.

The technical service was perfect. The AC shut down during the night and after the service was provided, it was working fine. The problem is how they treat the customer.

The technician left the premises without telling us that everything was OK. When I called to ask what was going on, the lady who took my call explained that everything was OK, the unit showed no problems, measurements on some tech parameters were performed and everything was working perfectly.

I asked her why wasn't I notified that the service was completed. This is where the excuses started. "We don't speak with the tenants, only with the landlord". " The technician said the lady at home didn't speak English. My wife is not 100% fluent but was fluent enough to tell the guy to wear a mask when he entered into the house.

This back and forth conversation as to justify why wrong was right, really upset me.

Today, I have no clue as to why the system stopped, what I could have done to reset it, and I leave with the feeling this can happen again and I will be helpless. A customer should not feel like that.

I firmly believe that customer care is just as important as the service provided, and this lady should learn that too.

My AC quit and Miklos was there 5 hours after I called! The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explained to me what the problem was and how I could prevent future issues. All in about 30 mins and the cold air was back on. This company is legit! Thanks Miklos!

I have used Miklos several times for different needs. They have installed ducting for range hoods, bathroom fans, fixed duct leaks, and fixed a whistling return that I couldn't fix myself. They were on-time, explained needs and costs very clearly and simply. The techs have also been very clean in their work, which says a lot for an HVAC company. I will continue to use them in the future.
