Being new to the south florida heat. Finding a decent company with out the hassle free is hard especially being new to all this.. My a.c went out! I called Edward's Air Conditioning, they came out the same day and a few hours later my a.c was fixed. Great price as well. Allen explained what he was going todo AMD pricing before he started.. What Great company, I will recommend to family and friends.. Thanks again Edward's Air!!

We've used Edwards Air, including the purchase of four units and regular maintenance, for a decade and have developed confidence in their capabilities. The owner and technicians seem knowledgeable and are personable, with Jim being the latest one to perform good work for us. While their prices don't strike me as particularly economical, I realize that air conditioning sales, repairs, and maintenance is a field that is often costly. We've decided thus far to stick with Edwards Air because we believe they deal honestly and work skillfully for us. We appreciate their responsiveness when there is an issue needing prompt resolution.

Called the company to come out and replace a fan motor in the outside condensation unit. A very nice gentleman came out and looked at the unit and said the fan motor needed replacing and he would call it in and get back to me with a price. Later he called me and said the price would be $1000. I asked if that was reasonable since I googled the cost of an OEM Carrier motor and it was $160. Assuming the repair time was an hour, the company was charging $840/hour for an AC technicians time. I don't think Brain Surgeons get paid that hourly rate. Also, you could buy a brand new condensation unit for about $1000. If your hard earned money is important to you, don't throw it away on these crooks!

Totally ripped me off! Admittedly I’m a fool too. I bought a new Trane air conditioner when I bought my home as the old unit was shot. Within 2 months the A/C stopped cooling and it was summer. The tech with Edwards came out and after checking things out said I was out of Freon. I said but this is a new unit. He said it was with never installed or it was stolen. He filled it and said he put a lock on it. I said that doesn’t make sense but that’s the explanation. Another problem (purportedly) was the computer which continued to malfunction until it was replaced. To make a long sad story shorter, let me just say that for 4 years, every year, they continued to add Freon and of course I was charged after the first visit. Finally in the 5th year one of the tech repair people said it has plenty of Freon it’s a faulty valve. Meantime I had another company come out who agreed it was out and charged me over $400 to fill it. Yikes! I have a new AC company but warning!

We hired Edwards AC to install a high efficiency Train AC unit and an APCO dual DETOX air cleaner and we were very pleased with their overall effort.
Our AC unit went out 2 days before the 4th of July weekend. I contacted Edwards AC and they were out the next day to install the new AC so we had AC over the weekend of the 4th. The owner of Edwards AC showed up the morning of the installation to make certain everything was going well. I was also impressed that the person that sold us the unit and expedited the installation (Merrill) showed up with the installers so there was no misunderstanding as to what we were promised.
Jonathan came out on July 5th to clean the drain and do the final checkup/tune-up to make sure that the AC unit was cooling properly. We were impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail during the final tune-up. We also purchased the APCO dual system air purifier which he installed at a later date. We were very pleased with our overall experience with Edwards AC and the detailed knowledge that Jonathan had regarding the operation of the AC unit and the APCO system. I plan to use them in the future for regular AC maintenance.
