horrible customer service this company will come do repairs and scam you with wanting to replace your a/c system be careful of the salesman his name is meryl will try and force you to get new a/c system and uv bulbs he took advantage of my mother

Missy was very helpful in retrieving a copy of an old invoice (and getting it filled out and signed) so I could attempt to collect insurance for a large damage claim to my AC unit due to lighting.

Edwards Air was on-time and there was an almost immediate improvement in my air-conditioning. Lucas spent more than 45 minutes on the roof inspecting/working on my ac, showed me photos and discussed options for the near future to keep my AC running clean and efficient without the sales hype. However in this case, I was provided with a full assessment and actually saved money after the technician pointed something out that I can do myself where normally I could have been charged a lot for that simple adjustment.

Had this company come to my house yesterday because when I got home our AC wasn't working. I called my usual company and they said they couldn't get out to me till 2am and pushed me into waiting untill Monday. So I called Edwards Air around 7pm and they were able to get someone to my house by 8pm. They were extremely polite, the person that I spoke to lead me through what i needed to do to be prepared for the Tech. The tech lead me through what was wrong and what he would need to do, and I was up and running within 30 mins. I highly recommend this company. And they were extremely reasonable with price, the other company kept pushing me to allow a sales person instead come to my house which is another reason I decided to try another company.

My A/C stopped working on Fathers day (Sunday) in the afternoon. I called Edwards, who quoted $185.00 to come out. I was told I would get a quote before any work commenced and I agreed.

Coincidentally, just as the technician arrived, the A/C began working again on it's own.
The technician said it was as he suspected that the condensate drain was clogged. No quote was given.

I set up my own ladder to give him access to the air handler, he blew it out with nitrogen, perhaps 10 minutes of work? He also took a look at the outside A/C unit which was working just fine at this time.

He then presented me with an invoice for $370.00 dollars!!.
I protested, he discounted it to $280.00.

If you live in Florida, A/C is not a luxury item, it is in fact a life sustaining necessity. To knowingly take advantage of people in need of this service regardless of time of day or day of week, borders on nefarious.
I will not use this company ever again.
