UPDATE and reply to Edward’s’ response:

The reason there was hair on the coil 3 years ago was because your installers told us to get filters that were 1/2 inch too short - which we did. It was only when the repair person came and told us about that problem. However, there was no hair on the coil last month when your guy came - and wanted to charge us $695. We had another company come the same day who told us that there was no hair on the coil, and that the handler unit was improperly installed. His cost - $0. He also mentioned that a second pan and float switch should always be installed under the handler unit. We also had a general contractor over that said the same thing. Edwards never told us anything about that. Our report from the new company reflects the reason for the constant leaking - which is a result of the improper installation of the handler unit and the fact that there is no secondary pan and float switch. Our insurance company is on it and will go after Edward’s to recoup the money they are going to pay us for our new flooring. Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work.

I had a new Trane unit installed 3 years ago that has caused nothing but problems. Water leaks from the air handler unit every few months and has ruined my flooring. Now there is mildew under my flooring. I change the filter every 20-30 days and can’t figure out why the water pours out. The company wants to put the blame on us but we have done nothing. Even a technician from their company suggested that the pan or line was improperly installed so that the water flows back instead of out. I would not use this company.

My AC decided to quit on me Friday night at 7 PM After trying different suggestions I finally decided to call an AC service preferably in Jupiter. I googled service in Jupiter and several came up and I noticed Edwards Air had a real nice site and they were emphasizing honest pricing so I gave them a shot. Mitsy answered (I expected a VM) and she was out and about at 9 PM. She called her tech Allen who lives in Port St Lucie and then got back with me but said he couldn't come until 8 AM Saturday. I had no choice but it was late. 15 minutes later, se called me again and said Allen was on his way. He arrived around 10:30 PM.
When he took apart he noticed unfortunately a major leak in my coil sending oil all over. He said that was one hard to find and would take a week to get and it would be $2000. He tried all different options to no avail as I watched. He then said I could have a new one tomorrow installed. My unit was 12 years old so I thought that would be the wisest choice.
He got on the phone with the owner which I thought was also impressive since it was close to midnight and they gave me 3 price options. I chose the least expensive one. This was a Trane which Allen thought was the best one for my home. Saturday morning 3 guys came out to install the new unit. One of them was in the Keys Friday night and the owner asked him if he would mine coming back and install Saturday morning. Also the unit was at Trane and they usually aren't open on saturday but they made the exception.
Even though I now have a major expense, this unit is amazing. Allen kept texting me Saturday to see how things were going and he also explained to me Friday night about how to run an AC that I never new. He left about 12:30 AM
Allen was a very smart technician and he was also very friendly and didn't rush to leave. Even today Monday we still communicate and he replies very quickly
Mitzy was a great dispatcher and I think Edwards Air has customer service like no other in Jupiter. Without question I would highly recommend them especially for continued service. You can really trust them 100% and they all seemed to go out of their way to get me AC as quickly as possible

this company is full of scams will try and sell you a new ac system and then offer bulbs for mold when i knew i did not need it the person that came his name is merril very aggressive with selling to the elderly i had Jupiter tequesta come out and fixed the problem with out offering me a brand new ac i would not recommend this company to anyone.
