When they were no longer affiliated with the service company, I kept Edwards. I, too, soon dumped the service contract company.

It has been nice to find an air conditioning company that is easy to work with.
Everyone we've spoken to has been patient and courteous, no matter how many questions we've asked. They have been quick to respond to any concern that we've had and have been comfortable to deal with. They go that extra step beyond, which shows they care about doing right by their customers.

Ed, who first came out to speak with us, was pleasant and knowledgeable. And best of all, not pushy! At no time did we feel like he was just trying to make a sale or bombard us with technical jargon. He addressed our real concerns and gave us real options for solutions.
The installers, O'Brien and Islet, were just as good. They knew their business and took pride in both their work and their interactions with us.
Ed was there for key parts of the installation as well. Watching the teamwork as they worked together only added to my confidence. We are very happy with the service they provided and will be working with them for any future A/C needs.
