Roger, the tech, was very professional and great, but I was quoted a price for a 40 gal electric water heater with install in my garage at $1600. If I bought one they'd charge over $1000 to install it. I could install it myself in a few hours if I were younger, and that's a pretty outrageous hourly charge, more than I charged as an optometric physician when I was working. I'll hire a handyman to help me install it for less than $100 instead.

I had a main line backup on a Saturday night....the toilets wouldn’t flush and they were backing up into the tubs. So I called around to several plumbers on Sunday morning but no one answered, but Jensen Beach plumbing called right back and said someone would be on their way soon. Within about an hour, technician showered up and assessed the problem and got to work, and in another hour, the problem was completely fixed. And the rate was very inexpensive, especially for a weekend. The plumber was professional and friendly. I would recommend them highly, especially if you have an emergency as I did.

We had two technicians from Jensen Beach plumbing, come out to fix a slow drain in our art Co-op. Paul was great, very professional, and really seem to understand what was the problem and went to find the root of the problem rather than only fixing what we had called for. Jensen Beach plumbing is by far the best plumber I have ever hired. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, Honest, reliable, punctual & straight forward when explaining the repairs needed. I had hired them for two days & the results are extremely impressive. I need other repairs that previous plumbers in the last 6 years I thought was repaired & spent $$$$ ! I noticed this morning I had a leak from the main line from the meter leading to the shutoff valve. I gave them a call this morning and Tina gave me a rough estimate over the phone.
