A great service from start to finish. I had the boiler serviced and a leaking toilet fixed. Very reasonable price, less then I was expecting. Easy to book, turned up on time, very professional service. Will definitely be using again when needed.

My service technician Roger was great. Very friendly and positive fella. He fixed my kitchen sink leak in less than an hour and has stayed dry since yesterday and have no doubt into the next 10 years. The principals of them are just as great. I detected the leak on Saturday following the Thanksgiving holidays. Placed a call to my home insurance and send an email directly to Jensen Beach plumbing on Sunday. Amazingly, the principal responded and I was scheduled with an appointment the very next day after a 4 day holiday weekend. Now, where can you find this type of efficiency? Paul was phenomenal! He was courteous and friendly and professional . He addressed my low water pressure , replaced a bad shut off valve outside the home and removed and installed a new garbage disposal for me. So now my whole home has a good solid water pressure coming in. He also said if I ever had any further problems to never hesitate to call . He is an experienced plumber. I would highly recommend this Plumbing service anytime! A++++ service! There were no hidden fees . I was given the estimate ahead of time and it was reasonably priced for the work that had to be done. Thanks Paul! I will call on this plumbing company if ever I have the need in the future! Jensen Beach plumbing is the best plumber I've met. They removed a broken plastic cartridge from my shower/tub valve. I hired a plumbing company in Stuart that told me that the cartridge could not be removed and that I needed to replace my valve. Jensen Beach plumbing removed it in10 min. They are a problem solver and they are very knowledgeable and through. If you have plumbing issues they are the guys for job. I'm very satisfied with the work and will retain them services in the future.We called Jensen Beach Plumbing for an annoying issue with a recurring backed-up shower drain. We had two other plumbers look at the problem and they insisted on replacing the main line under the house and in our front yard as well. High price quotes given by the other plumbers caused us to seek a third opinion from Jensen Beach Plumbing. They investigated the problem and assured us it was not the main line. They replaced our sower drain and common section with laundry drain line at a fraction of the price quoted by plumbers x and yea were very glad we did not use them. Our shower has worked nicely ever since we saved thousands of dollars, they was efficient and cordial. Jensen Beach Plumbing has earned nothing less than our recommendation and five stars..

Great experience! Easy to call and make an appointment. Paul was on time and very good. We had bubbling in our toilet just on the beginning of the flush and no other issues anywhere else. Paul was able identify with a few questions and testing that it was the toilets themselves that caused that behavior due to the size of the flapper and not any vent or clog issues. He was able to explain it very well and let us know we had nothing to worry about.

This company has earned a life long customer. I will be calling them first for any and every plumbing issue I ever have. We had a blockage and the technician was here within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and professional and is hands down a good guy that will work with you and troubleshoot your issues. We are very pleased with the job that Jensen Beach plumbing and his crew did on an emergency call. They came out and completed the job on Sunday afternoon. Roger came when he said he would, the crew got here and worked hard to put in a new water line. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did the job in a timely manner. Friendly and professional. The price was reasonable for the job they did and we know that we have an honest plumber to call in the future!

It's not usually a happy thing to need a plumber(!), but my experience this week with Jensen Beach plumbing was painless and successful, and it left me feeling very positive. They are are so organized and professional--I love the e-mail communication and follow-up texts, they were prompt and responsive, and they did a great job. The gentleman who came to give an estimate and returned to do the work was courteous, capable and took the time to explain what caused my leak. He had everything taken care of quickly, didn't leave a mess and it was a pleasure to do business with him. The pricing seemed reasonable and the service was great. I called another plumber with a lot of good ratings and they told me they were busy. Would we like to make an appointment for tomorrow? It was only 3pm and we had a hissing leak under the house. Still the best I could get was, let me tell you how to shut the water off and we can be there tomorrow around 10am. So we called Jensen Beach plumbing. They said they would be there as soon as they could, probably by 5pm.they arrived about 4pm, nice surprise and they went right to the leak.There was not going to be a quick fix because he said he had too torch the pipe and the low spot meant he had to drain the water. After some procedures to remove the water he went under the house and replaced the pipe. Then he went back under again to sanitize the area. When he finished our water was back and our toilets worked again! I complimented them about the repair and asked how he arrived so quickly after I called. He said he was about a mile away with another customer and our emergency needed service. He still had more work there the next day. We offered him a tip but he said he wouldn’t take it this time. He said it was enough that we decided to live so close to his other customer. Our bill wasn’t the lowest ,but Jensen Beach plumbing price was maybe the best and they were fast with a response. I think it is very true what Jensen Beach plumbing says on their web site.
