The best of the best. My unit has now been installed, serviced for a year and another annual contract signed. The best part about this local company is seeing the same face at your door for each service. I look forward to chatting with Pedro every 6 months. Thank you JB, Mike and Pedro!

UPDATE: My A/C went out on the 4th of July and I called JB to get it fixed and they came out and got it up and running that day! With my maintenance contract I got 15% off the parts and labor! I recommend everyone to call and get the maintenance agreement!!!! THANK YOU JB for saving me money.

I first called late at night when my AC company refused to come out. The tech was very nice, did the job. I then called weeks later and the work was done quickly, reasonably priced and very professional. These guys are great

When your company vehicle (#5 JB's A/C Electrical van) stands out worse than the already DANGEROUS AGGRESSIVE drivers in PSL.To make me pull over and give a review geeeez!! Why would we want to use a service from a "AHole" trash technician that has no awareness of what reckless speeding is!

These guys did a job for someone in my apartment complex yesterday and they left a mess in the hallway. They seemed like lazy kids who didn't want clean up after themselves. They weren't working on my unit but now I get to clean up after them anyway, very unprofessional..

I have been using JB's for commercial A/C work for the last 7 years and am very satisfied with their service. Everything from completely new units to small repairs, they have been excellent at what they do. Their prices are competitive and whenever I get competing bids for work they come out on top every time.
I recently needed a new unit for my house and in my experience sometimes the service between commercial and residential work within companies can be drastically different. I went with JB's and their level of service was even better than before. The technicians who came to do the work didn't even know who I was so it wasn't because of the work in the past.
I would highly recommend that you give them a shot for your next commercial or residential A/C service needs.

Fantastic. Nick, a young man who removed my old A/C unit plus old water heater - was a pleasure to have in my condo. This young guy knew everything about his job and was so pleasant and friendly!! I told John (his boss and the company owner) what a gem he is. I do not say this too often but when I notice exceptional service, I will tell the world. He was also training a new employee , as it was his first day. He oversaw everything and both Nick and his trainee Eric were very conscientious and courteous. Kent and John stopped by after the job was complete and checked out all the work to make sure it was done right. I had no doubt after watching Nick do the job.
I can honestly say that I wish my experiences with other service companies were this pleasant - and informative. I had a sense of meeting a young guy who is definitely "going places " , one who puts his all into whatever he is doing. I will definitely refer them when I can. 10 stars :)

Jonathon was awesome!! He went over every detail with me. Absolutely a great guy.
Brittany was great also. She called me just like she said she would to let me know when Jonathon would be arriving.
So Thank you Jonathon for fixing my A/C and spending that extra time explaining it all to me. I would definitely recommend JB's A/C

This is the worst business I have ever worked for.. they are so unprofessional they have me lie to the customers to upsell..they don't pay his technicians including myself...he threatened to harm me when I asked me for my proper paycheck...I would NEVER use this company they will screw you over too ...I had to put one star cuz zero wasn't a option...

We were extremely happy with this company and their team. Very respectful and professional. They had to completely replace our whole unit. We had cold A/C by the next day!! Thank you to the JB team.
