Travis was very professional and responsive. He came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem. He explained the options and we opted to replace the unit since it was 19 years old. Installation was quick and we were back in action in no time. I recommend Travis to anyone looking for a professional and honest assessment of their HVAC which is very hard to find.

Per as usual Travis showed up within an hour and fixed our A/C! We didn't use him a few weeks ago and got ripped off by another company that didn't fix the problem correctly. The reason we didn't use Travis a few weeks ago was because my husband lost his number.

I definitely recommend Kool Air and More. The owner responded immediately to my air conditioner outage. He fixed it promptly and charged a reasonable rate.

Needed a new unit called several companies and got bids. Kool Air was not the lowest bid, but very comparable to the lowest. I went with this company because of the complete check he did on the old unit, + all the +s with the new unit. Kool Air will be our maintenance company also.
