We were provided with a very honest estimate and reasonable response time to have a new hot water heater installed. The company had an emergency with a retail store on the date of our installation which affected the schedule, but Roger came out and worked after hours that same day to make sure it got done. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the product. It was a great customer service experience.

Jensen Beach Plumbing handled our sewer line replacement project in conjunction with the contractor installing our new driveway. The experience was pleasant, efficient, and swift, and we are very happy with the end result. Technician was consistently prompt and communicative, friendly and honest, and always willing to take the time to answer all our many questions. When our sump pump started acting up, we took a video and sent it to them, and they responded almost immediately. I won’t hesitate to recommend Jensen Beach plumbing and his team in the future to anyone who needs a courteous, competent and considerate plumber!👍👍👍💯

This is my first review ever and I felt the need to write it because of my experience with Jensen Beach PlumbingThey have fixed a few plumbing issues for us over the last few years. We have been very happy with them work. They have always been professional and very courteous every time I have had them work at our house. I appreciate them quick response to our issues and they always explained what needed to be done and why which I truly appreciate. I would trust them to diagnose/fix any of our plumbing issues. Only plumber we will use!!

Amazing service. Alex was very helpful walking me through how to replace my shower faucet. He gave me a diagram and step by step instructions on the correct way to remove, inspect and install the cartridge. With the information given it was so easy to complete the project with no leaks. Alex, I don’t think I would be able to complete this project with out your knowledge. Thank you for taking to time to walk me through everything. I now have hot water again. 😄

Paul was professional and solved my problem. He was fast and helpful with recommending how I can maintain my disposal unit and prevent further issues. Jensen Beach Plumbing is great and texts you information on your service technician including a picture, and they do weekend/Sunday appointments! So convenient! Very responsive via Yelp. Would use them again in the future for sure!

We have utilized Jensen Beach plumbing twice, both times with great success. They answer the phone right away (even on cell phones), arrive on time, charge the price given (or less), and are dependable in every way. The crew is cordial, considerate, and careful to clean up. Tina and Chanel are always available and will follow up on their own initiative. This second time, Roger actually saved me, and I appreciate that. I hope I won't need their services again, but if I do, I won't think twice about using them once more!

The plumber who came out was so friendly and helpful, and he was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.
