Awesome experience from the start. Shan came over to give me a few options on a tank-less water heater system. He was very thorough and his proposal cheaper than others I received for the same model. He also noticed I was retired Military and applied a discount for me. Day of install they came in and really went to work. They were ahead of schedule and called before arrival with plenty of time to be ready for our tank-less water system. The job is extremely neat and they go the extra mile to do things the right way. My old system was disconnected and removed from my garage. He went over the system until I was comfortable and when he left I had a sense of comfort knowing if anything did go wrong that he would be back to correct. I highly recommend this company and their professionals.

Technician disconnected an old pipe and installed a new one for me. I’d spent the day calling other plumbing services who insisted they needed to send someone to do an evaluation first (even though it’s an extremely routine procedure) and each one gave me an estimated quote of over $400. Jensen Beach plumbing quoted me less than half the price, sent someone over a few hours after I called, and the job was done in 30 minutes. The person who did the service was a total delight and the process was so easy. My new dichwasher is working beautifully and I couldn’t be happier.

Alex is very personable and was comfortable answering all of my questions and did not seem bothered by my supervision and curiosity. He was very thorough, took his time, did not rush the job and took care to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and with respect. He replaced a corroded kitchen faucet and a 30+ year old shower cartridge. He educated me and provided a lot of useful information. Definitely plan on hiring Jensen beach plumbing again!

Just got a new-to-me home in Ocean Breeze neighborhood and needed to have a water line extended from the basement to provide fuel for a new sink in the main floor kitchen (yay-- no more cooking on gas!). Also needed to replace aged 50gal water heater. Contracted with Jensen Beach Plumbing, and couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided: first a very thorough on-site job assessment was done by appointment at no charge, then I was sent a fully detailed estimate by email with several options offered depending on my needs (and no obligation- just complete information), and then I determined what I wanted done and made an appointment.they arrived promptly, did all the work I had requested efficiently and cleaned up completely after the work was done. They also gave me very valuable advice when I asked several questions about aspects of this home that were not part of the job at hand. The price charged was very reasonable for the work involved, and they could not have been more congenial and cooperative. I would give Jensen Beach plumbing an A+ rating and feel comfortable recommending them without hesitation."

I ordered a water heater from Home Depot and they sent Jensen Beach plumbing over to give an estimate and ultimately do the installation. The guy that came for the estimate (I don't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time, and was quick and professional. What gave me the warm and fuzzies about Jensen Beach plumbing was that I told the plumber about some other concerns I had with my plumbing; He was happy to talk to me about it and set me straight on a couple of things (I mean that in a good way), but he didn't try to sell me on having other work done because I didn't really need it. The couple of guys that came to do the actual installation a few days later also showed up on time, and did quick and professional work
