Compared to another plumbing company, Jensen Beach plumbing has a much more personal and less complicated approach to customer service and explaining the job. I was having a tough time with another plumber. They made a quick visit to my apartment, assessed the issue, provided a reasonable resolution and scheduled completion of pipe work as soon as the permits were released. Everyone that I had contact with was professional, and polite.Roger the plumber was excellent. He was efficient as well as Very good at his occupation . I would Definitely want to ask for Roger.

Five stars all the way My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jensen Beach plumbing came out the same day to take a look. The technician coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. The technician was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Had to call for an emergency on a Sunday. Answering service was prompt and polite. Shan made contact quickly and was at my house in no time. Found the issue and took care of it. Came back a few days later to replace the broken flange and install a new toilet. He worked very clean, left no mess and did a great job. I found a plumber service for life!
