This company was a lifesaver after a bathtub faucet failed and couldn't be turned off. Without a bathtub shut-off valve, the house water supply had to be shut down; leaving us in a pickle! Paul came within hours of my call, pleasant, efficient --and fixed not one but both faucets-- in 30 minutes. Reliable service can be hard to find. This company was responsive and fast, unlike the other local companies we contacted!

Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in Jensen Beach, I stumbled upon Jensen Beach plumbing. Technician was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called him back. They are super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. A few hours after bringing our 89 year old mother home after a hip replacement, we tried to fix a slow filling toilet and burst the water pipe to the master toilet instead. This was Saturday afternoon.Jensen Beach plumbing answered our call and Shan was over within 30 minutes. The pipe was repaired and toilet functioning within the hour. After a short discussion, we scheduled the installation of 2 replacement toilets to be installed Monday. They sent two extremely nice, on-time, professional and understanding plumbers to replace both toilets. We had a clog in our main line which caused wax seals on toilets to rupture and flood the powder room. We had no working toilets, it was 11:00 pm on a Sunday and we were in a real pickle. Roger was amazing! He was at my house before midnight. He fixed the issue and even helped me connect with a reputable restoration company to help with the mess in the basement.
