My AC stopped working in the middle of the night,last night. I called at 6 am and was told a technician would be available at 7am.
My Technician William, called ahead of time and let me know he would be arriving 10mins earlier than scheduled. AWESOME!
When he arrived he brought the newspaper from the end of the driveway, introduced himself and asked me how I was doing. What a gentleman!
He asked me to show him the inside unit and thermostat, after I showed him he asked how I noticed the unit wasn't working.. and being frustrated I regretfully said "well it just doesn't work." I was very tired! William assured me he would diagnose the issue and relay that information to me asap. It literally took him 10 mins to figure out the issue! The water line was clogged! William was very thorough and respectful throughout the entire process.
I signed up for the maintenance program because I believe William is a reliable and dependable professional.
And because I trust him more than I trust myself with my air conditioning !
I will recommend to anyone and everyone I hear is having any sort of AC problem.

My technician William diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, explained in detail what happened and how to fix it. Did not try to upsell me any crazy accessories like other companies.

Unreal company. Total game changer. Best in Jax and arguably the northern hemisphere. Mason, the owner, came out and personally installed the entire duct work for my 3 story house. He even came in on the weekend when no one else would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone trying to get HVAC installed and maintained. They are a force to be reckoned with in the HVAC game. Watch out Ferguson, mason and the reliable ducts team are coming for ya.

After Mother Nature zapped our AC unit in mid-August, we were sweating in a hot house. Reliable Ducts came out on same day and showed up as promised. Technician Josh thoroughly explained what was broken and had us fixed quickly (and cooling!). Such an easy, positive experience with an AC company! Highly recommend Reliable Ducts.

I contacted William on Saturday night and he came over first thing Sunday morning!! We moved rooms in our house and the new room was not getting sufficient air flow.
William had installed our an entire AC, ducts vents, etc last year (with another company). At that time our house was totally gutted because of mold. I never seen a young man so invested in his work and his willingness to work on nights and weekends so that we could move back into our home ASAP.
Now, I only trust him if anything is needed since he was so involved in our 2020 rebuild.
Will is very intelligent and continues to educate himself regarding the HVAC industry. This is a plus because he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he always goes above and beyond it make sure that his clients are satisfied.

They recently installed a new unit at our home and I can’t stress enough how professional and informative they were.
