Reliable Ducts is a top notch HVAC company! I had a bit of a crisis with 4 young ones at home AC went dead. Mason and his company came to the rescue. William came out the next morning and poof…we have cold air again. Super reliable, affordable and responsive. Would recommend these professionals to anyone who needs work done!

Final update: The service manager came to my house and got my system going. He fixed a faulty wire and identified a bad contactor. Another tech replaced the contactor the next day. My A/C is running fine now. I will consider Reliable Ducts when my whole system needs to be replaced.

Update: I believe in second chances. The service manager discussed the situation with the tech and the manager will meet with me when I get home. He listened to my explanation of the A/C situation and offered several reasonable possibilities of what the problem could be. I might still need a new system, but at least I'll know that all avenues were explored. I'll update again after our meeting.

From original review: I respect people's professional expertise; however, knowledge must be combined with impeccable customer service. Based on the description from my Mother and Aunt and based on my own interaction with the tech, he can use some practice in really listening to the customer's perspective on the situation. It's the relationships that you establish with customers that build your personal or business brand and reputation. We might not know A/C, but we need to feel like you are earnestly listening to us and wholeheartedly working on our behalf.

William Hughes was very professional and ran multiple tests on my AC unit after it froze over. He was able to resolve the issue immediately and ultimately saved us over $800 which another company was trying to charge for an unnecessary replacement of a part. This company will be our go-to for all of our AC needs moving forward! Highly recommend!

Reliable Ducts was amazing! We have an old, tricky house that a lot of companies passed on saying the job was too tough. These guys did an awesome job, were fairly priced (especially considering our situation), and were quick and thorough. We appreciate it!

I was having problems with one of my bedrooms, It was always hot. A company who installed the air conditioner could not come out to see what was wrong with it. A person who works for reliable ducts heating and cooling was working around the neighborhood. I introduce myself to him and told him what was going on. He went into my attic and fixed the problem. It was in the mid 90’s outside, and almost 90 inside. My windows were painted shut!

Reliable provided me with quick quotations on a number of configurations as well as sound information about SEERS efficiency/pricing. Their installation prices for the Goodman heat pump were very reasonable and did not take advantage of the fact that a 77 year old NEEDS air conditioning in this weather.

Installation was professional, particularly in dealing with the challenges of installing the air handler in a narrow access attic location. All old equipment and installation debris was removed and the only thing they left behind was COOL AIR. I am so happy!

1 year later...This is an older house and the ac is in the attic. I had problems with the drainage pan and float system. The technician who repaired it, William Hughes, had to do a lot to correct the problems. He did not stop at the first fix, but kept going until he had completely resolved everything from capped pipes to the communications between the thermostat and the compressor unit. He did a great job!

I don't usually post any thing but these guys blew me away. Beginning with the Tim the sales manager who is also the guy who picked up the phone. On time, professional and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. His installers were on time, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Reliable Ducts .
