David A. Taylor was the 4th contractor to look at my ac system. They were able to get the work done for a fair price. I cannot say enough great things about them. They were great at communicating with me about all phases of the job. The repairs were made and my home is cool again. There are a lot of ac contractors in Jacksonville, so it's difficult to choose one. You can trust this company.

I have been using them for over 25 years. I am on my second system with them. It was smarter to buy the new unit (4 years ago) than to patch an old unt. They just left with a warranty repair. They were quick to arrive and did a good job. I would not consider using anyone else.

I would highly recommend using this family orientated AC business! They are professional, punctual and great communicators. They explained things to me thoroughly and I greatly appreciated them. Another major bonus was that they were able to fit me in quickly- even though they were in another job, they sent one of the crew members to me to quickly diagnose the problem. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and you should too!

I have had bad experiences in the past but when I called David Taylor’s I got to talk to a real person and the tech they sent out was knowledgeable, confident and happy to get my AC fixed. He explained what he was doing so I could understand the problems. They are my new #1 go to!!

Replaced our unit two years ago. For the first six months they were out here continually replacing parts. The only professional in the whole place is the owner! Bought a contract to the tune of $500 for ten years! When the unit failed, on a Friday night, they said I would have to pay $180 and that they only do warranty work M-F, between 9-5. Called Elite AC, they came out here and fixed the problem on a Saturday morning for $40. I'm very sorry that we used them in the first place....wish I could have a do-over! I have to give ONE star or I can't post, as far as I am concerned, they don't deserve that!

The gentlemen who installed my new A/C did an excellent job. Other than my house finally cooling off, the best part was you couldn't tell they'd been here after ripping out the old system and replacing the entire unit. Excellent service!!
