Had Air Solutions replace our ac with a heat pump several years ago. They also replaced all the duct work. They were a few thousand below the next quote.

Every exchange with Air Sutions has always been fast, professional and reasonably priced.

Very unprofessional and lack of wanting to assist. Upon calling these folks and asking for a quote for replacement unit, they immediately stated they could not help unless they came out and I was charged $130. I proceeded to tell them that my unit was under warranty and that I just hung up with Carrier and verified not only this, I was given their number by them because they are paying for promotional services and would be considered to be an authorized dealer. Carrier also, mentioned to me that they would be having a shipment come in on tomorrow. Do you think this changed the tone of the guy at this place? He continued to say what he couldn't do and that carrier has a low supply. Not realizing I know that there are similar units, he could look into, OR he could have mentioned that he could look into his vendor to see what he could find, like the other AC companies I called did WITHOUT COMING OUT! I see why they are not well known or have much traffic. They're incompetent and unhelpful.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Air Solutions Heating and Air Conditioning to repair my unit. They set up an appointment with a couple hour window on the same day while I was out on the road. I arrived at the end of the window to a cooling unit and a happy bride! She was amazed at how fast they got it going, and even brought the parts with them after I explained what it was doing. The part was probably expensive but it was covered under the manufacturer warranty. The installer who originally put the unit in no longer did residential units.Air Solutions labor cost was extremely reasonable, without question! Thank you Air Solutions for coming to the rescue!!

Our AC went out and we called the company that we got the system from since it was under warranty for parts. They tried charging $1600 for "labor and services" as well as saying other parts were "bad" too and were trying to "fix the problem" for 5 hours and strongly suggesting I purchase a whole new Unit (ours is only 5 1/2 years old). I had a gut feeling they were trying to scam me. My friend recommended this company and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! They were out to the house quickly and was able to fix the problem in 30 minutes. Also told me the multiple parts the 1st company was trying to charge to replace was perfectly fine and functioning. If you want an AC company that has prompt and knowledgeable service that's not going to scam you call these guys! If you can get Chris he's the bomb! Thanks for fixing the AC without trying to sell me a new unit!!! You have a new customer for life and I'll definitely be sending your names to my friends!

A family member referred Air Solutions to us for our duct work. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job. They stayed late to get the job done so my family wouldn't be inconvenienced. I would definitely use them again.

This company is a blessing! The ladies in the office are knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. I had an issue with my moms AC filters as it is not a standard size. These ladies were able to get the filter material and cut it to size! Thank Christy, Vanessa & the entire Air Solutions team!

I have used Air Solutions for years. They are very professional, courteous, do the work and clean up behind themselves. There's no way I choose anybody else. They are a 5 Star company

Although I have not had any service with them, my experience with them today will assure I never will.

At approximately 4:55p on 12/19/16 while traveling southbound on I-95 between 210 and IGP in the left lane, a large truck approached and proceeded to tailgate (within 18") my car which contained both myself as well as my young son for roughly 1 mile while traveling in excess of 80+ MPH. I refused to speed up as the roads were wet from the rain which was falling at the time and due to traffic existing in the 2nd & 3rd lanes, I was unable to move out of the trucks way. Once I reached a open space in the road where I could safely get out of his way, he cut over to the 2nd lane forcing me back into the 1st lane and almost off the road and proceed to accelerate to 90+ MPH. It was at that time I noted that he was driving a company truck for for Air Solutions as well as his truck ID of '122'. I proceeded to contact the company's phone number listed on the back of the truck. An older woman, whom I am uncertain of her name as she didn't answer the phone with it, picked up by saying "Air solutions." I asked if there the Owner or manager was available to speak with to which she replied, "No. We're closed. Can I take a message?" I proceeded to tell her about how a truck from their company, ID 122, almost ran me off the road and that I wanted to let them know about it. Her tone immediately changed and she asked, "Well, how did he try to run you off the road? You sure he just didn't see you?" I assured her that there was no way he "couldn't have seen me" as we were driving for almost a mile with him tailgating me. She seemed increasingly reluctant to help or even fain interest in the aggressiveness of their driver. I proceeded to say, "Listen, if you don't want to help, that's fine, I have what I need and I'll just let the police handle it." which she didn't seem to appreciate as she took it as a "rude" statement by saying, "Well, I don't know why you're being so rude, you can call the police if you want." I then left my name and phone number with her and I think she said she'd have someone call me back tomorrow, but couldn't tell, as, the phone was clearly moving away from her face as she hung up on me before I could say "Thank you".

For a company who is suppose to be "servicing" Jacksonville, I would expect a higher degree of professionalism and respect from any customer 'facing' individual, regardless, if that be on the road, on the job or on the phone. I can safely say, that if they treat their customers half as well as they treat a concerned citizen, they are not worth my business or money.

Not sure who drives van # 132 but going they a 35 mph construction area coming out of Middleburg goi g close to 65 mph is not smart . Very poor less and reckless for sure . Danger to many people !!!

When you drive a company vehicle you are representing your company. Remember that. Driving in excess of 80+, changing lanes on interstate with no signals, almost side swiping people….doesn’t make people want to do business with you. At least not me.
