I would like to think Matthew for his hard work on repairing my office system it was a late appointment but he stayed till 8 to make sure the job was completed and my office was cooling also thank you Tom for checking in on the progress and helping out ! First class experience start to finish. Within 24 hours, I scheduled an appointment, had a technician surveying my unit/condenser, had quotes in hand, and installation scheduled for the next day. Technicians were on time, thorough, and professional. Had job done in 6 hours and not only educated me on the entire product line, but outlined what was best for my home, installed my new thermostat, and saved me money by maintaining some of the prior equipment and not replacing. Overall great experience and would recommend to all.

I wanted to give a shout out to Reliable for a job well done. All technicians (3)that I encountered were superb, informative, and thorough. The service manager Tim is very helpful and simply takes ownership of the crisis at hand. It was amazing the technicians let you know in advance when they were going to be there, they were here on time, took their shoes off at the door, and at the end of it all cleaned up every bit of mess that they had created. Darwin came to do our yearly maintenance and was so professional and friendly. He did a great job and was very thorough. He checked the unit inside, outside and in the attic. He took his time but was efficient. We are very happy with our service and feel like we got a lot of value for the money.

Sent Luis out, I’ll never use another AC guy or company. From start to finish walked us through everything and explain how to do a few things to help keep the house colder. Couldn’t have sent a better person!

I was extremely happy that Reliable Ducts sent Darwin to my new home to find out why the ac wouldn’t shut off and why it made so much noise. This young man was amazing ! He was an excellent listener and good communicator informing me of potential problems. His trouble shooting was very methodical. He cured the problem and went the extra mile to show me maintenance that I need to perform. I would highly recommend this technician to everyone having issues with their hvac.
