I’m very happy with the total experience from sales to installation. The sales person explained the options available but I went with a unit the same size as the one being replaced. - no hassles and great price. On the morning of installation they were on time, quiet and respectful. They installed a new concrete pad, discovered and fixed a small coolant leak and we’re finished in a timely manner. Lastly, my electric bill has consistently been lower for over a year. 👍🏼

We had an unusual situation and tried to call the company who installed it around 7pm. They told us they couldn’t make it so we tried Reliable Ducts. They were out within an hour and worked relentlessly for hours into darkness with a headlamp until they figured it out. Very professional helpful and truly care about their customers.

Reliable Ducts replaced our HVAC system. The unit is located in the attic where space is minimal and it's very HOT this time of year. The employees were prompt and got the old unit out and the new unit in place and running in one day. They did this without getting dirt or damaging anything in the house despite having to carry everything in and out of the house to access the attic ladder. Great job, great people to deal with.

He came up with solutions and options for me. I appreciated his patience with my questions. He was thorough and came up with a more convenient solution for filter exchanges that I would have never thought of. I would definitely recommend this crew. Thank you to William and all the staff!

After calling for service a technician came in about an hour, in a clean, organized and well stocked truck. The technician showed me the defective part that he replaced and what he was replacing it with. The quality of parts is amazing compared to other AC contractors that only install parts with little to no warranty. The new part came with a five year warranty. I was amazed at how quickly he got my system back up and running.

Reliable duct technician was professional and install my unit in a timely matter I'll give it five stars. And will recommend reliable company to anyone who need a AC unit installed.
