Today I had Such a awesome experience with this company my technician name was Ali . My condo air condition went out and I was Left with no a,c for 6 days and was told it had to be replaced ,Ali came and replaced my inside unit , the outside unit, my thermostat , and also the breaker , I was So shocked that he had to do all this work alone but he got it all done and literally saved my life, he worked extremely hard at my place very professional made sure he put material down for my carpet and also educated me about this new unit and some great steps on taking care of it I want To say thank you so much for sending Ali please give him some type of bonus a extra break or something he was just that awesome !!!

We purchased a resale home and wanted to be sure all in our house was as it should be. We used the previous homeowners HVAC service who told us we had several issues and one being, our ducts needed cleaning. After contacting three companies, NorthPort provided the best price and prompt service. Today their technician, Dzenan, came and cleaned our ducts. He was on time, polite, very professional; he covered furniture, bedding, tables, etc. When he was finished, he replaced all the grates properly and took away all the plastic tarps. He also cleaned the return and blower wheel on the furnace. I feel very good about the cleanliness of the ducts and this company. When it is time to service or replace our unit we will be calling on NorthPort!

Dz and Benny are great to work with. Willing to do it right the first time. My job threw them some curve balls but did not phase them. Dz walked me around the job and explained everything and why we had some issues that he fixed for me. Great quote and the cost is the cost no hidden fees or add on's. Love my new AC! Nice and cool. Use them you want be disappointed!

Best in this business by a long shot. Very thorough and knowledgeable. DelAir was our service provider and failed to identify that our unit had mold growing inside and outside because our ducts were never sealed by our builder. We had a musty smell in our house so I had a mold inspector come out to test our air. He referred me to NorthPort. Glad he did. They remedied all our issues, cleaned our unit part by part and all our ducts. Great guys and service.

My HVAC system suddenly stopped working, in fact my thermostat blanked out. When calling for an appointment they attempted to troubleshoot it with me on the telephone in order to avoid a visit. Unfortunately I was unable to fix the problem at that time but the maintenance person promptly came out later that day found the problem fixed it. He was very professional and courteous. I received a follow up call from Stephanie in the office who couldn’t have been nicer and was just following up to make sure that everything was OK.
