I have installed 2 AC with them. One 3 years ago and another just a few days ago. Good service and very reasonable prices. Steve always makes the whole process really easy and Ali the technician they sent in the last installation was professional, efficient and explained everything about the new equipment.

Sinan Kantarevic took the time to help me research a proper qoute for an A/C unit to make sure I was not getting ripped off. Luckily enough for me the A/C unit was not broken just had a loose part. Regardless, the fact he took the time to research and help would have made us most likely purchase from North Port. Also moving forward we will have routine check ups through North Port. Doing business with NorthPort is a pleasure. They regularly service our units and when one needed to be replaced recently they scheduled a prompt appointment to install a new unit at a very reasonable price. They called to confirm our appointment the day before the work was scheduled to be done and also the next morning to let us know they were on their way. DZ, Mo and Ja were professional, knowledgeable, neat, and did an outstanding job. NorthPort went above and beyond my expectations! I used them a few months back to clean my air ducts and they did a great job then so I decided to use them to install a new AC system. They tech they sent out Ali and Tyrell were professional and efficient and the PM Steve was just completely awesome no one missed anything! I will never use any other service!

Because I have been able to rely on them so much through work as a 3rd party vendor, I have used them for my personal home. We just had a new unit installed and DZ was great! He was funny and very polite. DZ is a great asset to their team and I was very pleased with how professional he was and clean. No clean up needed on our end at all! Steve Weatherington has also been solid in being very responsive. His genuine care for what he does and how he feels about the company exudes in his actions. My experience was top notch. Called the office to make an apt. and the next day crew was sent out to the house and everything was cleaned and taken care of. We had a fire in the house so all the ducts,vents and ac was cleaned from top to bottom. Very courteous and professional service. I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat to everyone.

Northport Heating and Air Conditioning was a great company to work with. Steve (Salesman), was very responsive and patient, he took time to explain everything and address any of my concerns. I was able to get a new A/C with additional add-ons for a reasonable price. They were on time and completed each task when they said they would. For the duct cleaning the two guys that performed the services were excellent they cleaned as they went along and made sure everything was left in its place. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family who needs this service.

They arrived early and knocked out a days work in no time. They were informative and professional. I was able to work from home with no interruptions while they replaced the central cooling system.
