Great experience, got great advice from them over the phone and from the technician on site. I needed to have a receiver air dryer replaced, and moved inside. I had an older quote for the work from them and they honored it. They setup the work for the next day, super fast. Eric the technician was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would ask for him again. He appraised the situation, told me what and how long it would take, and went to work and got it done even quicker. Great customer service and nice people to do business with. Reasonable prices and great service. Well done and thank you.

Steve Weatherington is the most wonderful man ever! I cannot say enough good things about him or this company. They anticipated and met every need when it came to complete replacement of three of our HVAC systems and ductwork with two of those systems. They are caring, quick to respond, and do excellent work.

Update 2022: I made a service appointment but there was a misunderstanding on my part. NorthPort worked with me to resolve the appointment issue - got my unit running the next day. I appreciate the effort taken to meet my needs. My 2020 words about the technician this time are appropriate as well. I am pleased with this company and will call them again.

Our AC broke down a week ago and as soon as we reached out to NorthPort Heating and Air we were greeted by Alen visiting us to come up with a plan. Alen made what seemed to be a horrible and melting situation seem like no big deal and brought us immediate relief. Mohammad and Major came out and installed a new AC unit like pros. We were greeted with professionalism, promptness, responsiveness, swift install and a cool home in the end. Big shout out to Major who did a ton of heavy lifting in our town home to ensure the job got done.

We did have a hiccup after install, however, within an hour of calling, Jeff came out and with one look was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it like a pro. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I knew nothing about HVACs and how to maintain one, but after speaking with Jeff I got a whole education and cool facts about the system. I am forever grateful to the whole team. #1 company out there

I recently had my AC installed and vents cleaned by north port. My service technician Nev was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He answered any questions that I had and did a fantastic job!! He was very respectable, on time, and great customer service skills. I would recommend north port and Nev especially for any AC issues!!!

NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job for me. Alan Segalo was fantastic! This is a very professional company and the work quality was excellent. Every appointment was timely and the work was not efficiently. They cleaned the AC ducts and blower. I have signed up for the semi-annual maintenance plan to make sure my AC runs perfectly and to avoid problems. I definitely recommend their AC services!
