NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning

The company I work for uses Northport on all of our jobsites and they are fantastic do ofcourse when my AC broke in my personal house I called Alen (who is absolutely amazing!) to get help. He had his technician Chris out there next day to help fix my AC. Chris was so attentive and answered all of my questions with detailed explanations. He took great care and did everything he could to fix my AC without having to replace anything! Chris treated me and my home with the utmost respect and I cannot recommend Northport enough!

We here at Lighthouse Property management deal with Northport on a day to day basis. This company has been the best with on time responses, friendly staff, and experienced and savvy techs. The customer service is great! Angela is very responsive, friendly, and gets the work orders done. I have never had a bad experience with anyone. I cannot forget about the rest of the team Maya and the other girl that starts with an A (I believe) I am sorry I do not remember her name. Also, Toby pulled a miracle off for us which was awesome as well! I have been in property management for 13 years and have not met a vendor as great as this team. I have been a customer for years. They installed a new a/c unit for me a few years ago. Mark visited today and performed maintenance on my 2 units. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain a couple of issues and discussed options. As a woman, I have many times felt as if a specialist in a field is talking down to me. Not Mark! I learned a few things from him today because he took the time to explain!

North Port Heating & Air came to fix my AC issue that has been ongoing due to another person hurrying through and didn’t fix it.

Chris came to the rescue and and spent time fixing the problem! He answered my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing. I just had the best experience with North Port heating and air. Jeff, my service technician was able to quickly and professionally repair a wire that was cut by my lawn pro. Within an hour of my call he was at my house and diagnosing the issue. Not only did he promptly fix it, he also gave me a lesson on how air conditioners in general work….Which I thought was fascinating! My landlord had a new A/C put in last year and it got backed up. It turns the thermostat off make it to a higher temperature and turns the unit off. It’s a safety feature so your A/C unit won’t keep running. Mark the technician that they sent out was he great he explained how my A/C worked and how to fix it. A child could help you clean out the line. My husband and I our lucky to have a Shop Vac and clean out the pvc line. Hopefully you get Mark but if not your in very good hands with NorthPort heating and Air Conditioning.i forgot to mention that I called my my landlord around 10 am and the technician was at my house around 2 pm the same day 7/22/2022. I know living in Jacksonville you can’t always get an A/C technician out that fast all the time but they got to my house and did what needed to be done. Thank you Jim and Diana Patterson
