Thank you Northport for a painless process. I started working with Andre in 2018 on a service call and that good experience led to me calling him again this year when my unit was giving me some more problems. It was time for a new unit. Received great service and recommendations throughout the sale. The install was a done just as professionally. I want to say thank you to Curtis and Muhammad who did a great job and spent the extra time on all the details. They really went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Awesome service. NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning will do whatever they can to repair the system you have and when it's time to replace their prices are reasonable and the service is quick, efficient, and clean. DZ and Mo did an awesome job getting us back up and running. While they were here a friend got a repair quote that was $100 less than NorthPort was charging for a new system! Needless to say they will be calling NorthPort as well. Highly recommend the whole team.

On a very hot summer Sunday evening at 8 PM our air conditioner stopped working. I called North-Port air conditioning and heating and spoke to Stephanie who was very efficient and helpful and was able to have a technician at our condominium at 8 o’clock the following morning. Andre determined that we needed a new air-conditioning unit and conscientiously ordered it immediately and it was installed the following morning. The three people who came to install our air conditioning unit were Dzenan, Mo , and Jamal. They arrived right on time. They were friendly knowledgeable very very clean and extremely efficient. I have used many contractors over the years to do various jobs and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences. I can highly recommend this company for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.

NorthPort heating and air was selected to install our new system. I came and leave the technicians Curtis and Mo a compliment, first off there arrived at the exact appointment time. Both were very respectful, explained the process of the install, gave updates during the process, and took their time to ensure we were fully aware of how to utilize the system before they left, making to answer all our questions. Many times customers are quick to complain on any/all platforms however today I come to say Keep up the good work and thank you!

The AC install went well and was, based on my limited experience, done for a fair price. Muhammad did a great job and was very helpful. Communication from the office could have been a bit better, but still a good experience overall.

This company is amazing! My husband and I came home to a very hot house on Saturday. We called several places and decided on NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning!! Thank goodness we did! Andre, our technician, was absolutely amazing. He was able to identify the problem quickly and had it fixed within the hour. We will never think about using another company! Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else! This company is honest, friendly, and their prices were extremely reasonable.

We're extremely happy! I wanted to leave a google review but couldn't get it to work. The techs who installed it were very nice and very professional. Their initials were DZ/AF. I would like them both to get all the credit they deserve along with any bonuses they may have earned. The unit works great and we have not had any issues. Allen was very honest and professional when he did our free estimate. You guys took care of my grandparents a month or two ago and now you've taken care of us. You are the ONLY company we would recommend! Thank you again!

They are very helpful, willing to go extra miles to help us with our AC problems. Manager Alen came to us on weekend when our AC is broken. Technicians name Ali and Basha are very knowledgeable, skillfull , professional, neat and clean. They all are friendly and very helpful, even Stephanie from the office are very friendly and helpful.
It was a great experience using this company. You will not regret, this NorthPort Heating &Air Conditioning company will take care of your problem.
