I don’t think I can say enough about this company. From the first contact, Alen was wonderful. He is extremely professional and worked to make sure we had what we needed. My A/C went out and it was almost as much to fix it as get a new one. He really helped educate us on what we did and did not need. On top of all that, he got us scheduled within a few days (including a holiday). On install day the techs showed up on time. DZ and Brian did the job efficiently and correctly. They were amazing professionals who worked in the heat and made sure everything was done properly and to code. They showed me how to change the filters and what I would need to do to help maintain my system. All in all it was an amazing experience. My little family thanks you guys.

NorthPort was expedient and reasonably-priced. Their customer service was spot-on from the initial consultation through payment processing. Not even 48 hours after I first called, I had a completely new A/C system installed in my house. Wonderful job!

The professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. From the initial trouble call when Thomas came out and diagnosed my problems and explained everything and when DZ and Mo cam out to install my new system everything was great. Even the girls who work in the office were pleasant and professional giving me updates and talking me through the process. The price was great for the quality of work that I received and have already recommended this company to family, friends, and colleagues in the Jacksonville area.

I'm not sure why I thought having my entire AC unit replaced would be a total mess and take at least a week, I was honestly dreading all of it...... my experience was the exact opposite. I work 4 -11 hour shifts and my biggest rest day was the day NorthPort was to replace my unit and I was concerned I wouldn't get the rest I so definitely needed. Not the case at all. These gentleman came, cordially introduced themselves and got to work. They left zero mess behind, fully educated me on the new system and we're done in under 4 hours. When my system died on Sunday, the beginning of my work week I was thinking with my crazy schedule it would be forever before someone could come out and look at it. Thankfully NorthPort was able to work around my tight schedulechedule and had me all fixed up by 1 pm the following Thursday.
Not having AC isn't considered a necessity in Florida, only heat and hot water are. I rent my current home and let's just say my Property Manager has been less than helpful, THANKFULLY this company, NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning was very helpful and very accommodating. Samantha and both the techs who came out and did my install cared that I was uncomfortable. THANK YOU 😊

Our A/C system is an aged one and struggled to keep pace with our subtropical Floridian heat. Four days ago, it's time finally came to an end and facing the prospect of yet another record breaking summer without a functioning cooling system, the search for a replacement began. We called Northport Heating and Air in the AM and by that afternoon, Alen arrived to survey and provide more information and pricing. He was quite cordial and thorough in his analysis and calculated which particular system would best serve our needs. He did not attempt to up-sell us anything, nor did he pressure us into purchasing other services which we did not require - a welcomed and refreshing encounter compared to most other companies and sales personnel. I am weary of salesmen in general, however, with Alen, it was a painless and pleasurable experience akin to interacting with a trusted friend.

The next morning, two gentleman showed up named Carlos and Nev to begin the process. They politely knocked on our front door, donned in face masks, introduced themselves with enthusiasm and a congenial demeanor, and immediately began unloading their vans. Having someone here who works from home and requires a more subdued environment, Carlos and Nev catered to our needs without any issue or show of frustration. They worked tirelessly without leisure to complete the work, and each time they had an inquiry, they would again politely knock on our front door. Typically, our experience with other companies is that one will simply barge into our home with disregard for our requests - not Carlos and Nev. The pair were nothing but professional throughout the entire process and even took care as not to damage our newly planted lawn, something which we neglected to mention initially. They intuitively took it upon themselves to avoid damaging our fresh grass and maintained a clean work environment throughout. There was no clutter, no refuse strewn about as they cleaned while working. They answered all of our inquiries without hesitation and in a knowledgeable manner. Once their work was completed, they tested the unit and remained to make sure everything was functioning properly, discarded the few bits of refuse which remained, and scheduled an inspector to come the following day.

I cannot stress enough how painless and pleasant the entire experience was - in a sense, delightful. Within 24 hours, we had cool air permeating out of our vents which is at least 4 times cooler with twice the amount of pressure than it had for some time. Our experience with Northport Heating and Air was entirely professional from beginning to end, and perhaps most importantly, the price was quite fair. I, We, all highly recommend this company without hesitation. Dealing with vendors can be a stressful process, one which we have all experienced at one time another. This company is an outlier, one of the few and rare ones which create an environment that's antithesis to the hassle and stress of home repair projects. 5 stars, easily.

HIGHLY recommend NorthPort! I recently had the unexpected expense of having to replace both of my AC units. I got 5 quotes, including one from a friend, and NorthPort was the lowest by a decent margin. But I didn't just go with the lowest, I also looked at reviews (which is how I selected them in the first place). So I decided to go with them.

The person who did the quote (Alen) was super friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and made himself available day or night for questions etc. Office staff was great as well. When the day came for the install, I was nervous but the crew also answered questions and put me at ease, 3 1/2 hours later both systems were installed, the old ones were taken away, and everything was cleaned up nicely. They took time to explain things and were all fast, thorough, and very courteous. I asked a lot of questions and feel the install was clean and to code, no cutting corners or sloppy work. The crew I had were Dzenan, Victor, and Mo (I hope I got the names right), and again they were fantastic.

I don't often leave reviews, but this was a big expense for me and a big unknown, somewhat scary making sure everything was done right, and I am very happy I chose NorthPort for the job.

Great Company...excellent workers! Super experience from initial contact to finish of the equipment installation. All employees conducted themselves very professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. Priced below the other bids I received for identical equipment and good comments from the City Mechanical Inspector regarding North Ports installs are reason enough for me to recommend them!
