I’ve used this company on several occasions, in three different residences. They’ve maintained all of my ac units, they’ve put in a whole system at a house we bought, and they just today cleaned the entire system, fixed some drainage piping on the drip pan, and another crew was cleaning the ductwork at the same time. I will never go anywhere else, this company treats you like family. Locally owned and operated and every single person on their staff is top notch. You can’t go wrong with NorthPort Heating and Air, I’m a longtime repeat customer for a reason.

The team at Northport Heating and Air are amazing! Since moving into our home 2years ago we have used them for our 6month system maintenance. All of the technicians have been nothing less than professional and did not seem bothered by my many questions. Our most recent technician Matt was personable, honest and efficient! The company as a whole is very responsive and as a customer I feel valued.

Alen is very responsive! He took the time to answer all the questions that we had about the new ductwork. So far, we are happy with selecting this company over the other companies even with estimated costs being little high still good choice because for us receiving a honest, reliable and responsive service are most important things. We will provide an updated review after they finish the work!

Everyone from Alen, Toby and Jon were absolutely amazing! Smooth, fast and easy process to get my heat up and running again! Toby was super helpful with getting me connected to Jon and understanding of the time I needed Jon to be there. Jon answered all my questions and gave me several options to choose from to fix the issue. Amazing service through and through! Very pleased that I was referred to them for service! The staff at North Port Heating and Air Conditioning are truly the best. Steve was very professional, gave a great presentation, answered all my questions and concerns. I asked Steve to include duct cleaning and an extended warranty to the proposal which he did, all at a price I was very pleased with. Steve informed me every step of the way from ordering the specific unit I wanted, which was a Lennox Elite HVAC, to setting up a time to do the duct cleaning and installation of the HVAC. The staff that performed the duct cleaning were very professional, they made sure all the furniture was covered and they cleaned up everything after they finished, they did a fantastic job. Chris and a couple other staff members did the HVAC install and they too were very professional. When the install was complete, Chris stayed to make sure all my questions were answered, and Chris took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the new Pro 8000 Honey Well Programable Thermostat. Even after the install Steve has made himself available to me for any questions I might have. I highly recommend North Port Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a new HVAC, duct cleaning, or maintenance of their system.

Incredible people & service! On time, super fast parts ordering & service, ac/heat fixed asap! Best experience we’ve ever had! The ladies on the phone Angela & Amela were super helpful & kind. Marc the service tech was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, focused on his work & honest with his quotes & the work & parts required. Awesome crew! No issues at all! 5 stars all the way! Angela was able to get us seen the day we contacted them. Chris came at the time we were told he would arrive and quickly got to the business of troubleshooting our system. He found the problem and then verified the system worked in all modes. He even checked the condenser, where he found our capacitor was not operating optimally and subsequently replaced it. While there he wrapped some wires in the unit so the insulation would not wear through from the vibration of theunit.

Overall, very professional service and I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you Angela and Chris for ensuring our home will be a warm place during the impending cold front.
