I am amazed that it costs $678.05 to have a $25.00 part replaced in an hour or less and a quote to replace a disconnect for $443.00 to install an $18.00 part. I will learn how to trouble shoot an A/C units and have spare parts on hand. Thank you for the education lesson.

The scheduler was very responsive and the technicians were always professional and knowledgeable about the project. Both technicians were very sensitive to my expectations and vision for the project. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.

A disconnect box cost $15 at Hone Depot. Why are you charging $585 to replace. That is $570 in Labor.

A capacitor cost $$20-50.
Why are you charging $445?
Again that is $400 In Labor.

$970 with something that would have taken 30 to swap disconnect box and 5 min max to change capacitor.

While I understand Florida AC’s should and wants to profit. Your prices are trying to place people in debt. Not a customer price friendly company at all.

A company that thrives on taking advantage of the uneducated.

No ethics or morals. Prices are Incredibly Ridiculous.

Buyer beware! Do not use this company if you want quality and your system running day one. I bought a very expensive HVAC system from them, before installation they were all over me and helpful. Installation day comes, very nice and respectful crew no complaints, after 8 hours they tell me they can’t figure out why the system is not working and that a technician is on the way to figure it out, really? A Carrier system that supposed to be installed by certified carrier contractors and is a requirement in their official website and they can’t figure out why the system is not working? Well technician rolls up, very helpful and professional, did everything he could and would not give up until he realized there was nothing else he could do at 10 pm, respect! Don’t know what the road is ahead to have A/C again but I am sure they will figure out how to fix it. Do your research and stay away from this company!

I gave 4 because though Jonathan is a God send. So polite, courteous, took his time to explain what he was doing and answering my questions. The scheduling however i know its a busy time but this was my fourth reschedule and was nervous if anyone would come out today. Not sure how many customers yall are squeezing in one day to how many technicians you have on hand or would call out but something has to operate better especially when customers work during the work week. Thank God yall have weekend scheduling!

I called to find out how much it would cost to install my smart thermostat that I had purchased from HomeDepot. The guy that I talked to on the phone told me it would be $109 to install (referred to it as the service fee, made sense). When the AC tech came to my house, he tells me that it’s going to cost me $300+ to install my thermostat! Installation $200 plus the service fee. That’s a huge difference from what I was quoted over the phone! The tech only took about 30 mins or so and my thermostat was installed.

Francisco and Lazare installed a new unit in my house. They were on time, courteous, explained the installation, and asked if I had any questions. After the installation was complete, a walkthrough was performed. They left the yard and home as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased!
