Richard Rogers (the tech) is very nice man and does exceptional work. All the operators I spoke to on the phone were totally friendly and very pleasent. What a great company, I will always use them. Very good communication, and quick response. A little pricey, way more than expected, although I understand prices have gone up. I wasn't prepared for the amount as it was way more than expected. Good workmanship is worth it I have to admit. I highly recommend this company. They truly are awesome.

I called at almost 4:00 pm the day before a holiday and this company sent a tech immediately, for a very reasonable after-emergency / after hours fee. Raymond was kind, professional, and quick. I’d highly recommend them based on my experience and will be using them from now on.

I am posting on behalf of Rosewood Academy schools (Bartram Park and San Pablo locations). Whitleys Heating & Air are tremendous! They are very accommodating and responsive to our needs. They come out immediately, which we appreciate when we have about 200 people and children in our schools every day. If they can't get it fixed right then and there, they come back to resolve the issue the next day.

Guy came and Replaced capacitor on ac unit. I Couldn't find a company that would come on the very hot day i needed this fixed, everywhere was booked and telling me 2 days before they could come. I called in the morning they scheduled me in for that afternoon and it was fixed by 4pm. Great service and done quickly and reasonably priced. I recommend this company to anyone! Thanks again Guy.

Honest company with amazing service! This was my 2nd time contacting them. Repair guy talked me through problems so I could understand my unit better and was even able to come the same day I called. Very accommodating, professional, and polite. Also didn’t overcharge.

We have used Whitney's for many years. They respond quickly to our emergencies, like when the AC went out in July and my 90 year old mother was living with us. They came right out, got the unit limping along, and came back as soon as they had the part and finished the repair. That was years ago and they continue to deliver honest and reliable service.

I am the director at Rosewood Academy and we have been using Whitley's Heating and Air for roughly 3 years + ! Every tech that has come out has been kind and very professional. They never mind taking the time to show us what the issue is or answer any questions we might have. On a few occasions our ac units have been turned off for servicing and the tech has left, but they always come right back to get us back on. The office staff is personable and friendly! When our AC went out early Sunday morning, Raymond was able to come out within a few hours and repair our unit. He was fast, friendly and professional. A great company to work with! Our technician Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even cleaned up some messy wiring on our unit before he left, that someone else had left. It feels great to have a local business like this that we trust! Highly recommend!
