The service I received was very good, I liked the tech who came to my house. Unfortunately, the company failed to fill out the warranty claim even though it was under warranty and even though I sent the information to the young lady at the front desk. She said that because the person who serviced the AC didn't save the part they wouldn't fill out the warranty information, ultimately costing me more money than necessary.

The money wasn't that much but wasting my time to call them multiple times and digging up the warranty information for them, very frustrating. I wish this would have ended better.

AC went out on a Saturday, day before Mother's Day. Called and spoke to the owner, Raymond, who sent out David, his representative on call that day. 15 minutes later I received a text stating he was on his way. Super professional and courteous. Had us all fixed within 30 minutes. These guys are top notch pros and on top of that, they are all super nice to work with. I always use them for my air conditioning needs.

Whitley's did a terrific and professional job installing my new AC system. They completed the entire job in a few hours much faster than I anticipated. Their prices were the best I could find while delivering the best service and product available. I recommend Whitley's Heating & Air with highest accolades.

If I could give Whitleys 10 stars I would. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get off work. They got me in the next day! Kyle the technician was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was working overtime so that all of his customers could get their homes serviced. I had been turned away by other companies. My house wasn't getting heat. After running his diagnostic tests, the unit outside was running normally. Kyle was determined to solve the problem, because it didn't seem right. He figured out that my auxiliary heat cables weren't connected. One wire nut later, I'm sitting in my toasty warm house relaxing. Whitleys price matched another company's diagnostic fee. What a wonderful Experience. I contact Raymond with Whitley's Heating and Air. He came over within a few hours and gave me a free estimate. Originally I was planning on getting a complete system, for our second story, after consulting with him he recommended a mini split high efficiency AC system, I went with his recommendation and let me tell you the last 3 months of my electric bill have decreased by 40 PERCENT. Its good to know there are still AC people that are not about making the most money, but about doing what is right for the customer. This system saves us a lot of money and with that said pays for itself!!!
They use quality equipment with 10-12 years of warranty. I caution you to beware of the big companies like Snyder that sell cheap equipment up front that is not cost effective long term, I had estimates from them all!
