My air conditioner broke after hours. I called the number and received a call from the technician within 5 minutes. He arrived at my house less than 30 minutes later. The technician was nice, friendly, and had my unit functioning again within an hour.

House will not cool below 80°. They were totally worthless. I met the tech at the house of my customer. He put a thermometer in the vent and said it was cooling like it was supposed to. I told him there was hardly any air flow and what was coming out wasn't cool. He went outside to look at the compressor, came back in and said it was working as well as could be expected. He then said the house needed to be renovated and insulated because no ac could work in these conditions. I told him to hold on, that my own house was 115 years old and we keep our house at 72°. I also told him to look around, that the house had been totally renovated. He was really rude, stormed out and took off. He did absolutely nothing to help the situation.
