My experience with Kenan from day 1 was excellent. He came out originally for a warranty call, and worked through the AC replacement a few weeks later. He is professional, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient. He and his crew, along with the staff at the office were amazing to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I normally don't do reviews but I also read lots of reviews before I make decisions on things. I just had indoor quality heating and air replace my old AC system with a brand new one.
Ken and his team are very knowledgeable they gave me a time frame they showed up on time and finished the job on time and no hidden prices at the end. The price was what he quoted me. Their prices are really reasonable as compared to other companies in Jacksonville. I would definitely recommend them.

Kenan does great work at a very fair price. You can feel reassured that the system will be installed correctly. Even though we had concrete where our old AC units were he placed two concrete pads to give them a safe and secure surface to rest on. The day of installation, we needed some additional electrical work to be up to code. He was able to get us an electrician within an hour to do the work so our AC installation was not delayed. He also did duct cleaning on our AC system which has greatly improved the air quality in the home. We are extremely happy with the new system!

Outstanding service! They replaced my HVAC & ducts a year ago & system has been working great! I had to work from home the day everything was installed & crew was super friendly, kept the space tidy & answered all my questions. The owner gave me clear instructions on how best to maintain the system & has answered any questions I have had throughout the year. As a Realtor, I am glad to have a quality company to turn to!

They provided me four new units and cut new ducts into one of my rooms that didn't previously get enough air. They worked quickly and did a great job. All of this was done at an extremely fair price. After being quoted as much as 4X as much by some disreputable companies in the area it was a pleasure to work with honest and capable professionals.
