Techs Jonathan and Kerry well trained, have the right tools, polite, on time, responsive to special requests. Office managers Barbara and Fran are very good at answering phone and getting back to me about questions I had during the process. Price and quality were good…Estimator Bryan only estimator out of three estimates who immediately identified need for updated wiring, so that we knew about this ahead of time instead of last minute.

Hammond Air provided excellent service repairing a problem I had with my HVAC system. The technicians were on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Rhett did an outstanding job identifying and fixing the problem with my system. Jay was also very helpful. I would highly recommend Hammond Air for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Jonathan Flowers provided by far the best experience I have ever received from any contractor I have ever hired to come do a job at my home. I had many questions on how the repair works and when I say that he had a answer for everything I asked, I was relieved to know that my repair was falling in the hands someone very knowledgeable and experienced. He was extremely professional and very thorough. I appreciated the amount of communication he provided to assure me that he was the man to get the job done, and that he was! It is a great feeling to hire someone to do work in your home and they do it effortlessly and with care. I have absolutely no complaints and have raved about the services I received to my family and friends.

Kenny and Jimmy did an amazing, fast and professional job of replacing my 2 heat pumps, coils, and condensers. Cleaned up and vacuumed the inside of the house as well as picked up all trash that might have been made outside. Also took all the old equipment, showed me pictures of work since I'm disabled and can't make it upstairs, and explained use of the new wireless thermostats. Definitely will recommend this company and ask for those 2 by name!

Hammond Heating and air conditioning always do an outstanding job. This is my third job I had them do on my home and they always come with courtesy and professionalism. My air conditioner stopped working and Jonathan came out and was friendly and fixed it fast my house is even colder now thanks man. The work is always great quality. We used Hammond Air at our primary residence last July 4th. They came out on a holiday and did same day service professionally and were very friendly and personable. They also made sure we knew the part was under warranty and just charged us for service/ repairs. Fast forward to my moms newly purchased house close to ours and when the house wasn’t cooling enough, I ended up calling them again after the company who installed my moms unit never returned my call. They came out first thing the next morning and I received the same awesome experience from service technician Rhett. He was very professional, informative and personable and also informed me the part he was replacing was under warranty. I would use them again and highly recommend others to use them as well.

Excellent service! I had an issue with air conditioning on a Sunday. Technician was at my home within an hour and completed the necessary repairs. It is a pleasure working with Hammond. I highly recommend them!

Our AC went out during a heat advisory. I called 8 companies and no one could come out today, before finding Hammond. Rhett answered the phone immediately and said he could be here within an hour. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it replaced in about 20 minutes. He even let us know the capacitor was under warranty, which we didn't even know. He was amazing and we are so thankful to have cold air! Would highly recommend this company.

We had an awesome technician by name of Brian come out to our house today. He was very professional, he did an excellent job, and he saved us quite a bit of money.
