Unreliable, multiple no-shows, and does not stand by their satisfaction promise. Avoid this company if you have multiple hot water heaters or an attic hot water heater. This was the company sent out after speaking with a Lowe's associate. Our water heaters were 20 years old and due for a replacement. My original water heaters had rigid PVC pipe connected and it looked great as well as functioned well. While the company did a decent job on the hot water heater in my laundry room they botched the job in the attic. The PVC was cut and a flexible line was added as shown in the picture. The pipe was cut in such a way that the PVC can no longer be secured and the pipe sways as the hot water faucets are turned on and off throughout the house. I asked that they please come back out and fix the pipe so that the swaying pipe doesn't become a problem over time. I have been on the scheduled 3 times on 3 separate days for the repair and each 2-hour time slot has been a no-show. I called each time and was told the person was in transit and the person still did not show. I would advise using another company that can be depended upon and does a proper install that looks professional.

We needed our old hot water tank removed, and a replacement installed. It took less than 24 hours from our initial estimate to installation. They really looked after us, and gave us a good price. The plumber who did the installation was fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything that was going on.

He simply told me the benefits of his company's services and left it up to me to decide, in my own time.

Pretty sure I will purchase their A/C service plan.

Impressive in most ways except end result. I am now on 2 techs in 2 days (waiting on #3) and my house is currently 89 and my system is almost 2 years old. I bought it brand new from these guys loosing faith with the company with every trip

Received a call about special on a/c maintenance service for $29.00. Great price so I signed up. Patrick was my service tech. He did an awesome job plus went beyond his duties by spraying a bunch of wasp nests that was near and around where the handler was at.

Jamie Dooley really did a great job explaining to my mother and I the options we had to purchase and install a new water heater. The bonus was they installed it the same day. Lowe’s definitely hired the right contractors to represent them. Mr. Dooley is a true professional and the funniest and kindest person and we are glad we had the opportunity to meet him. I had an original appointment on March 23 from 2-6 PM, but they no called and no showed. Then I called and rescheduled for March 24 8-12 and they called to say they were running 1 hour late. Instead of arriving at 1PM, they arrive at 1:40 PM and asks if I want the tune up to which I say of course. I mention the AC runs higher at peak hours and before I can finish my question, this 6 foot 175 pound man with a gray beard begins screaming at me, "That is not a tune up". Mind you , I am 5 feet tall and a petite framed woman. I immediately put my hands up and back away from him due to his instant rage from a simple mention, not even a complete sentence.

I was hoping the service manager returned my message left with Ms. Tara today, but none of the managers have called me yet.

No response received from the Quality Assurance Manager, Eric either. No one called to follow up.

Kim was great. Had a problem with rescheduling. Kim was very informative and nice. He helped me with tips on keeping unit clean and adding purification. Kim knows his stuff and knows how to take care of customers. Was the best visit by far. Will recommend Kim to anyone. Thank you Florida home.

Tuesday we turned on the A/C, we noticed after some time that the fan was not blowing, we took a look at the inside unit and saw there was condensation all around the unit, shut the 3 year old unit down and called Florida Home, spoke with someone who stated, we would be called to make an appointment. I had to call back and make an appointment. Maintenance was just completed by Florida Homes in January. No issues were found. It’s wed and thank goodness, a technician was in the area and came out. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable, quickly discovered the issue, (the fan was unplugged inside the secured door) the temperature in the home was 80. Closely watching the unit to be sure that the fan being left unplugged did not cause any other unknown issues. Happy with the technician that came out today.

Recently got a heat pump installed with Florida Home and Air Conditioning. We were recommend to them through Home Depot. Initially it was a good experience they were fast to respond to the sale request and they offered install the next day.

At the install they did not bring the two Google Nests and the air filters that came with the system. Over the next week they made it very difficult to get those items delivered to me. It took them two days to schedule a delivery date. Then they canceled the delivery. The reschedule date they delivered outside the 4 hour window and only brought the Nests and no air filters. I called to reschedule again and the weekend support provide no help to me. They finally arrive on the Monday, but they did not call or schedule appointment. They just showed up and left them at the front door. Overall I felt like once they got paid by us they no longer cared about us as customers.

Last, they organized us applying for the Home Depot credit card so we could have two years free financing. It finally arrived in the mail this week and it had been compromised with extra 1,200 in purchases. It also did not have the two year free financing promised on it by Florida Home and Air Conditioning. I would NOT recommend allowing them to help you apply for the credit card.
