Lee and Andre were above and beyond with their customer service. Cleaned thoroughly after finished install. Explained operation with the new Neat t-stat. Two very courteous employees! Can’t say enough about how professional they both were. They represent Florida home very well.

They installed our AC system in 2019...6/21/22 it quit working I have a 10 year warranty. I called them...they came out and charged me a $109 service call fee and then $207 labor to replace the capasitor..It took him 20 minutes and they charged me a total of $316.00
What a rip off!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM...BEWARE do your homework and research before using this company!!! I was stuck useing them due to my warranty.as.. My Husband is a USN 100% disabled Vet..currently in the VA hospital.
They Don't care....find someone who does!!

Kim was on time, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Excellent customer service, cleaned up after a prompt installation of air scrubber. Will recommend to family and friends.

They were contracted by Lowe's to install and hook up my water heater the individual sent out here could barely speak English did not know what they were doing and did not finish the job when I call the office I'm told it's not their problem I need to take it up with Lowes. What kind of company can install a hot water heater but does not service them.

Florida Home A/C did an excellent job of installing my system. They were prompt and professional. Zac and Larry were excellent and went out of their way to insure I was completely satisfied. I also spoke with Alex who inspected the system to insure everything was done correctly. He also was very professional and wonderful and accommodating. Everyone I have had communications with have been very accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone needing anything to do with their A/C system to definitely give Fla Home A/C the opportunity.

So when you get your unit installed they will call you every month until your 6 month service is supposed to happen. I finally had them come out a month early so they’d leave me alone. When it was installed they never put in a filter. When the tech came in today to check he noticed and saw a lot of debris. They wanted to charge me to clean the fins on the unit. I didn’t go with that. The tech that came out was great but they were supposed to call 45 mins out to let me know when they’d be out, time table was 8am to 12 pm, no call came. They called to confirm -0 mins after I made the appt. Only. So with all that said and because of the call center B.S. I’m wondering if I went with the right company.

I was impressed by the Technician, Johnathan. He was the true essence of an instructor and mentor. I watched and listen to him teach a youngman regarding the maintenance of my AC. He was thorough and detailed. Being a former insturctor and trainer, I know how important it is to assure completness of the instruction. The trainee was intently listening to every word shared by Johnathn, hell, when he left, I felt that I had learned something. I sure hope you continue to assign trainees to Jonathan, it will definitely improve the quality of your business as a result of the quality people being trained by quality instructors like Johnathan.

Tech. Was courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable of job. Her overall personality and professionalism was very noticeable and appreciated.

The technician was 30 minutes late. Did not put on booties on when entering house. When I didn't want to pay 1876 for something to add to my air handler. They proceeded to go outside. They asked me to turn my heat on and when I made the comment that the was a check on the air she said ok yeah turn the air on. They then told me that the compacitor was going bad and wanted to change that out for a cost of 263. When I questioned it. They made the comment - was this a trust issue. When I told my husband he said to just pay for the service and nothing else. I am very disappointed with Florida Air

Mohammed and Corey did an absolutely fantastic job getting the ac unit finally installed after dark got them the first time. Both were very helpful and very professional in their jobs. I would definitely recommend them and Florida Home AC for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks for the great job.
